Copper Tubular shealthed nickel plated for heating water, Light duty (intermittant) in geysers, boilers sterillizers and for other commercial purposes.

This is made up of 8-shape high-purity clear quartz twin tube, each tube has Heating Coil of Tungsten material which runs in U shape in the tube which is filled with halogen gas. Power Density up to 150kw/m2 is achieved. Heating up and cooling down time is approximately one second. These heaters are available with gold reflector and without reflector. Reflector is in the form of gold coating on outer rear side of the tube. Due to reflector heat loss from backside is prevented and thus power saving is achieved. This also results in making surrounding work area cooler. This also increases the efficiency and directionality of the heater. There are two standard sizes 11 mm x 23 mm and 15 mm x 32 mm in cross section. Maximum length available is 2000 mm.

Gold plating is done on quartz tube over 180°. These heaters reflect the radiant energy through the opening area only, improving element efficiency by as much as 20% compare to without gold plating heater. Energy cost savings are realized. Reflectors are often not needed. Surrounding work area tempratures are cooler. These heaters are also available with a without gold plating.

Formed Tubular Heaters is supplied in Chrome Nickel Steel with nominal sheath diameter of 6.80mm, 8.00mm and 10.70mm. Standard elements have a threaded terminal post which gives a cold section of approx 40mm minimum.The helical wound heating wire is made of a high temperature resistant NiCr alloy. And the insulation consists of superior grade of magnesium oxide (MgO). As the heaters are swadged, even at high sheath temperature they have excellent electrical insulation and a high heat transfer. "Sunil Heat" make space heater are manufactured using Rust resistant mild steel perforated Body & Inner Heater Element from Nichrome Element. These Space Heater are installed in HT & LT Switchgear Panel Boards for prevention of condensation, corrosion of Electrical components & leakage current In HT & LT panels. The Inner elements is basically a cartridge heating element in varoius different watts, outer perforated sheet is either zink plated or black painted. SUNIL HEAT has designed sealed mica nozzle band heater to prevent the failure of nozzle heaters against the leakage & contamination of plastic material at nozzle position. These heaters meet the required temperature prior to molding at nozzle position. These heaters are hermetically sealed during the manufacturing process. The connection between the heating element & the leads is protected by a special terminal cap made of brass 1mm thick. The terminal cap is brazed which allows a high mechanical strength in the most delicate area of the heater i.e. the termination. The heating of nozzle in injection machines is still a big problem owing to subsequent stops of the production process and cost incident. We have seen a large series of cases causing an early failure most of them are due to plastic leakage impregnating the heater and causing heater failure. These problems are solved by using our sealed mica nozzle band heaters. There can be custom built entry points for termination considering customers requirement, alternative tubular nozzle heaters are available.

These heaters are band ceramic heaters manufactured by perforated metal steel. These heaters are 60% open for maximum surface exposure for better cooling.
