Super Coil Spring Mfg Co Pvt Ltd was established in year 1969 . The company was started with few machines with coiling capacity of merely 200 Metric Tons per annum., since then there was no looking back and today we have grown to a Company with coiling capacity of 1000 Metric Tons per annum /15million springs per annum depending on size of spring. In future we plan to expand further as demand increases by adding adequate machinery. We are one of very few spring manufacturing companies in India equipped with fully Automatic cold Coiling machines having vide range from 0.8mm to 14mm wire dia.
Our Managing Director and Works Director both are engineers graduated from U.S.A. Our plant is located at palghar, an hour drive from Mumbai. We are equipped with Automatic Coiling & Grinding machines of German, Uk and Czech make. We cater to the requirement of our buyers as per their drawings/ specification (there is no standardization in springs) in form of Compression, Tension and Torsion springs made out of spring steel wire being procured from leading steel manufacturer in India M/s Tata Iron & Steel Co Ltd ( TISCO), Penng Usha Martin Ltd. We also manufacture springs out of stainless steel & phosphorous bronze wire. ( spring quality wire).
We have a dedicated team of experienced engineers in our production, Quality control &R&D Departments and sales personnel to attend to customers queries and after sales service. We ourselves also redesign springs and give suggestions to our clients to suit their functional requirements that help them in cost saving, which is today’s need.
Along with the above machines, we are well equipped with supporting machines like Shot Penning (U.K make), Electric air circulated Furnaces, Hydraulic presses etc.
To ensure the Quality, our products are periodically tested in our Lab for physical properties of springs such as load against deflection on load testing machines. We have German make life testing machine of 200kgs capacity to test life of engine Valve springs for 10 million strokes. Recently we have added life testing machine of 1000 kgs capacity specially for bigger dia springs from 5.00mm to 11mm meant for suspension springs. Further we are updating our stable of testing equipments by adding state of art digital load testing machine up to 200kgs capacity.
We have successfully completed Export orders to middle east and African countries. Today our springs have entered U.S.A market ,being our springs fitted on Mahindra &Mahindra Ltd Tractors assembled in their U.S.A plant in Georgia &Texas states.
We have capacity to cater to various large clientele using springs for varied applications such as suspension springs & springs used for other applications in Automobiles, Tractors and farm equipments. With above we can cater to requirement of springs for Electrical applications , Earth moving equipments, Construction equipment, Elevators, Actuators for cement & Steel industries, Textile machineries, Sports equipment, Furniture-chairs, Door openers, Garage door openers etc.
