Supreme make PHASE SHIFTING TRANSFORMERS are special transformers which provide convenient means to adjust phase angle (power factor) of A.C. loading circuit while testing power factor sensitive device for the full 90 degree LAG through '0' degree to 90 degree LEAD. Based on their rating these Phase shifters are manufactured in two configuration.. ROTOR INDUCTION PHASE SHIFTER CAPACITY 600 VA, STATIC NETWORK PHASE SHIFTER CAPACITY 600VA & Above, These phase shifters operate on three phase power and provide 3 phase or 1 phase output voltage with continuously variable phase angle. The control of the phase angle is made with reference to the phase and phase sequence of the supply voltage.

C.T. testing set is meant for determination of PHASE ANGLE ERROR AND RATIO ERROR OF Current transformer having secondary rated for 5 Amps. or 1 Amp. which are intended to be used on 50 Hz. The measurement is on principle of comparison and null indication on magnetic balance bridge. The basic unit is sensitive magnetic comparator and also it incorporates electronic null detector to facilitate the balance. The reference Current 5A. or IA. obtained from Standard Current Transformer and in comparison to that the vector length and phase displacement is measured. The ratio error in percentage and phase displacement in minutes are directly compared and indicated on dials.
