We manufacture Top Open Reaction Vessel from 50 Ltrs to 30 KL in Material of construction Mild Steel, Stainless Steel SS 304 or SS 316. TOP OPEN Reaction Vessel consist of a Cylindrical vertical shell with Top Open end with or without hinged lid on 13 rd opening and standard torospherical dish on bottom side. A Jacket or Limpet coil is provided on the shell and is similar to Jacketed or Limpet Coil Reactor except there is no top dish hence the DRIVE is mounted on M.S. channel structure which is rested on the M.S. channel ring welded on the top end of the shell. The drive is designed to give maintenance and trouble free performance. The Agitator Shaft is coupled to the Reduction Gear Box with Flexible coupling. The Reduction Gear Box is mounted on the Top of the Lantern Assembly and is driven by Motor using V belt pulley. Variator or AC drive can by used to get variable speed of the Agitator if desired.

The Outer Blades pushes the material towards the centre of the Blender and Inner blades pushes the material on the two ends of the Blender to get thorough and homogenous mixing. A lid is provided on the top opening of the Blender Material Discharge is done through Sliding valve at the bottom of the blender. A hopper or grilled opening is provided on the top Lid if required.

Suresh Engineering Works Plough Shear Mixer has a horizontal cylindrical shape with flat end plate. The main shaft passes through the axis of the vessel & is supported at the end plates in specially designed bearing housing. The plough shaped mixing elements are arranged concentrically on the main shaft.The clearance between the ploughs & shell wall is minimum, to facilitate better mixing.

The construction of Limpet Coil Reactor is same as that of Jacketed Reactor except instead of Jacket on the Shell of Reactor Limpet Coil is welded on it. LimpetCoil Reaction Vessel consist of a Cylindrical vertical shell with standard torospherical dish on both ends.Limpet Coil is Half round Pipes welded on the outer surface of the shell and also on the bottom dish of the Reactor. Limpet coil is made of either Mild Steel Or Stainless Steel. It is either Double end double start for both heating and cooling through limpet coil or Normal Single coil for either heating or cooling. Limpet Coil Welding is performed by using high grade filler rods depending on MOC of the Limpet Coil to withstand design pressure. The drive is designed to give maintenance and trouble free performance. The Agitator Shaft is coupled to the Reduction Gear Box with Flexible coupling. The Reduction Gear Box is mounted on the Top of the Lantern Assembly and is driven by Motor using V belt pulley. Variator or AC drive can by used to get variable speed of the Agitator if desired. Four lugs support are provided on the Shell of the reactor to mount it on the Platform of the Factory. Platform can also be prefabricated and assembled at site. Welding work is performed by Argon Arc process using Good Characteristic Filler rods on all S. S. Parts. M.S. Parts welding is performed by D. C Arc welding process using suitable electrodes of Advani Oerlikon make. All weld joints will be finished from inside and outside, S S. Parts is cleaned from inside and outside. Two coates of primer redoxide will be given on M.S. parts from outside.

There are different types of Reaction Vessels broadly classified as Jacketed, Limpet Coil & Top Open type with or without Internal Cooling or Heating Coil as per the need of the Process. Jacketed Reaction Vessel consist of a Cylindrical vertical shell with standard torospherical dish on both ends. A jacket is provided on the Outside of the shell for Heating the reactor by passing steam or thermic Oil. or Cooling the reactor by passing cooling media. Stiffener Rings are provided on shell in between the shell and jacket to give uniform circulation of the heating or cooling media and to intensify the vessel. Agitator assembly mounted on the Top dish of Reactor consists of Shaft supported by Lantern Assembly on the Top End containing Bearing Housing with Tapered roller bearing and Ball bearing to withstand impact load and vibratory load ensuring smooth rotation of the Shaft. Water cooled Stuffing box filled with gland rope pressed by Gland pusher is also provided. On the other end of the shaft Blade is fitted of different types as per the need of the Process viz. Single Anchor, Double Anchor, Gate, Paddle, Flat or Curved Turbine & Propeller types. Baffles are also provided inside the shell as per the requirement. Top Dish of the Reactor is provided with various Nozzles viz. Manhole, Light Glass, Sight glass, Vapour, Addition, Reflux, Thermowell etc. Bottom Dish of the Reactor is provided with an Outlet nozzle where valve is fitted.

Drum flakerDrier are used to make flakes continuously from molten material. The molten material to be flaked is poured on the tray of Flaker which get solidified on the surface of rotating drum which is scraped to get flakes of desired thickness. Drum FlakerDrier consist of Drum fabricated from Mild Steel or Stainless steel with hollow shafts on both ends. The drum surfaced is duly ground and hardcromed with superior finish to get uniform thickness of the flakes. The drum is provided with a Hollow Shaft for entry of water for sprinkling on the inside of the drum for cooling purpose.The drum is mounted on selfaligning spherical roller bearing for smooth rotation and to take care of scraping loads. A jacketed feed tray is provided below the drum in which molten material is poured, the molten material gets coated to the drum by a sizer pipe.The Scraping arrangement is made of Copper or Fibre Blades to scrape the flakes. A discharge tray is provided to collect the Flakes.

Contra Mixer as the name suggest works on the principle of contra rotation blades for simultaneous beating & scraping operation. The mixer is highly versatile & mostly used for manufacturing toothpaste, creams , cosmetics & various product. The mixing Assembly consists of series of paddle type blades of appropriate shape to move the material back towards the centre of the container. The paddle type blades are provided on the central shaft which runs through a hollow shaft on which other sets of blades are welded. Both the sets of blades inter meshes with each other & one sets also scraps the container wall for thorough & uniform mixing of the material. The mixer is so designed to withstand high vacuum applied in the process for optimum mixing. Contra mixer is provided with a jacket for cooling or heating as per the application. We manufacture contra mixer with capacity ranging from 5 liters to 5000 liters in Material of construction SS 304 or 316.

We manufacture Shell and tube type condensers in Single Pass and Multi Pass in MOC Mild Steel and Stainless steel 304 & 316. Condensor or Heat Exchanger consist of Cylindrical Shell with tube bundles inside it with Dome end on one side and Cone end on the other side depending on the application and mounting of the Condensor. The Tube sheet is mainly of SS or MS with Tubes holes at triangular pitch. The tubes are either expanded and or welded in the tube sheet holes. Baffles are also provided in tube bundle for proper circulation of the cooling or condensing media.. We manufacture condenser form one square meter cooling area to fifty square meter cooling area in MOC Mild Steel and Stainless steel 304 or 316.

Ball mills are basically used for Particle reduction with the help of Grinding media. It consists of Cylindrical Shell made out of Mild Steel Sheet with or without lining of Steel or Rubber as per the application. The End plates are so designed to make sturdy with stiffners so as to withstand the rotational load of the Loaded Ball Mill. The Ball Mill is driven by pinion gear which drives the Ring Gear which is fitted on the Drum of the Ball mill. The Pinion gear is coupled to the Gear Box which is coupled to the Motor to ensure trouble free Performance. Bolted Flange covers are provided on the square opening of the Ball mill for loading and discharge of the material.
