The Vibro Sifters are widely used in chemical, food processing and other Industries, for continuous gradation. This equipment’s are based on the principle of systematic Gyratory movement of the particles on vibrating screens. The structuring of the machine has been designed in order to achieve the multiple plane vibration by suitable assembly of the specially designed Vibratory motor (constructed for this purpose) having eccentric weight at the top and bottom ends of the motor shaft. The motor is mounted vertically at the centre of the screening assembly, on a circular base by means of springs, which allow the Unit to vibrate freely. The springs absorb the vibrations and prevent them to be transmitted on the floor.

The Try Dryers are used for the best drying results in conventional process. It is a double walled cabinet with one or two doors. The gap between two walls is filled with high-density fiber glass wool insulation material to avoid heat transfer. Dynamically balanced axial flow type blower fans are provided for uniform air circulation in the drying chamber during process. Machine is provided with control panel board with process timer. Digital temperature controller cum indicator etc.

Jacketed and non-Jacketed Manufacturing Vessels are available with capacity of 50 to 1500 Litres. All types of jacketed, non-jacketed, insulated, storage, water heating and oil heating type tanks for storage, mixing and cold storage purposes. Specialized tanks can also be manufactured as per design and requirement

Starch Paste Vessel/ Kettle is a hemispherical vessel with jacket mounted on trunnion that is supported with the help of a shaft. The kettle is provided with an anchor type beater for mixing the binder materials or the paste with multiple speed option. This unit is mainly used in granulation department for melting starch. Hemispherical vessel provided with jacket for steam heating. Additionally, it is insulated with glass wool or ceramic material for safety and to prevent heat loss. Jacket provided with standard steam fittings like pressure gauge, air vent safety valve, steam inlet and condensate outlet.

Spray Coating Unit is suitable for film coating of tablet and granules. It consists mainly pressure vessel, pneumatic motor with stirrer, spray nozzle assembly and necessary controls. The position of spray nozzle can be adjusted at required angles. The tank is pressurized by compressed air to get uniform atomized conical spray through specially designed S.S nozzle. Needle valves are provided to control air flow and liquid .Vessel top is provided with charging hole, safety valve, pressure gauge, pressure release valve, air inlet and liquid outlets. This unit is useful in flameproof area.

The Ribbon Blender is used for uniform and homogeneous mixing of powder, granules etc. Consisting of ‘U’ shaped trough of suitable dimensions with side plates. Shell of SS304 contact parts and side plates duly M.S stiffened from outside and from inside with S.S. Ribbon arms welded to the main shaft and ribbon blades of dual interrupted type PTFE gland mechanism provided a shaft ends prevents ingress of external powder into the trough and prevents leakages. From the top charging can be done through a hinge able lid (/Rd hinged and 2/3rd fixed hopper or Nozzle can be provide for additional spraying of additives. By bottom discharges slide, iris or Butterfly valve of suitable diameter for regulated discharge.

The Octagonal Blender is very useful machine for pharma industry wherein gentle blending of dry granules or powder is to be done. Consist of SS polygonal frustum. The shell is provided with a rectangular opening at one end and a circular opening at the other. The Circular opening is provided with a SS butterfly valve and a conical adapter to facilitate clamping of the charging drum to the blender. The valve can be operated from the ground level with charging drum in the raised position with the help of a mechanical remotely operated arrangement.

The Multi Mill is widely used for wet and dry granulation, pulverisation etc. of Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Bulk drug, Cosmetic, Food products etc. The Multi mill comprises of S.S. 304/316 charging hopper, beater assembly and drive assembly with speed step pulley and suitable screen. It is mounted on fibre castor wheels for easy movement.

Homogenizers are useful for making suspensions, emulsions and homogeneous solutions. Fluid Bed Dryer are most suitable for drying granular, crystalline, coarse or similar materials in pharmaceuticals, fine chemicals, dyes, food & allied industries. It is also possible to dry fine crystals or coarse materials in fluid bed dryers. Fluid Bed Dryers can be supplied in electric heating, steam heating or hot water/coil circulation system. Electrically heated dryers are provided with electric heating elements & are suitable to raise temperature by about 70 (i.e. from 30 to 100 ). Similarly steam operated dryers are provided with steam radiator suitable to raise air temperature by about 60 to 70 Depending upon pressure on steam. Generally dryers bigger than 60 are incorporated with steam heating system, as steam heating is more economical.
