Zinc Wire
Systematic steel are proud galvanized or GI wire manufacturers too. A galvanized wire is a mild steel wire that is coated with zinc, through a hot-dipped galvanizing process. The wires are given a bright and smooth finish to ensure superior quality. Due to its high resistance to moisture and any mechanical damage, GI wires are extensively used in farming, fencing and poultry. In farming applications, GI wires are used forcreeper cages and tomato cages. They are also used for tying grapes, tomatoes and kiwis. They are zinc coated in 30-300 gm2and have a diameter of 1.40 mm and above. In chain-link fences, barbed wires, welded wire meshes, and concertina fences, galvanized wires are prominently used. They are zinc coated in 30-300 gm2and generally available in diameters of between 2.00 mm and 4.00 mm GI Wires with diameters of 0.90 mm and above are used in poultry cage manufacturing. They are zinc coated in 90-300 gm2.

...moreSteel Cut Wire Shot
Cut wire shot is produced by cutting wire into lengths equal to the wire diameter. If required the particles are rounded to remove the sharp corners. The sharp edges of the cut shot may also be useful, in case of additional cleaning requirement. Improved Consistency: Exhibits highest consistency in terms of shape and size Highest Durability: Has a wrought internal structure with almost no cracks, porosity, etc. Low Dust Generation: Our Cut wire shots exhibit the lowest dust generation rate Improved Part Fatigue Resistance: Our peened parts and specimens exhibit higher average and consistent life as compared to those peened with equivalent cast steel shot

Stainless steel, an alloy of steel that is comprised of a minimum of 10.5% chromium by mass, has innumerable industrial applications owing to its high level of resistance to corrosion. Because of this, stainless steel is used in commercial kitchens and food processing plants since it does not require a coat of paint or any other surface finishes for protection against corrosive environments and can be sterilised with relative ease. Stainless steel manufacturers deal in multiple grades, of which there are over 150, and surface finishes depending on the environment the alloy will be subjected to. The alloy, often moulded into coils, sheets, plates, wires and tubing, is used in the production of high-grade surgical instruments, architectural constructs, vehicular exhaust systems, subsea pipelines, pressure vessels in the Oil and Gas industry and in its most basic form, cutlery and utensils for the household. Another key attribute of stainless steel is the fact that it is 100% recyclable and there happens to be a commercial market for reusable scrap in the form of coils and sheets.

Galvanisation is an industrial process by which a coating of zinc is applied to sheets of steel or iron to act as a protective layer against corrosion, most commonly in the form of rusting. By immersing a sheet of iron or stainless steel in a molten bath, the metal is alloyed with a layer of zinc, which prevents corrosive elements from reaching the underlying metal. The coated sheet of stainless steel is then used much in the same way as an uncoated sheet would be and is drawn into wires or other industrial applications. Even when scratched, zinc acts as a sacrificial element and protects the exposed metal from reacting with the environment by corroding first. Manufacturers tend to prefer galvanised steel to stainless steel because the former proves more cost efficient and has a relatively longer life cycle. In areas where the tensile strength of stainless steel also requires further strengthening in terms of corrosion resistance, hot dip galvanised steel finds a vast array of applications in roofing, walling, safety handrails and so on.
