The pilot lights and illuminated switches are suitable for direct supply with series resistor with diode, using bayonet cap filament bulb type BA9S as follows: Supply voltage for direct connection without series resistor: 6V – 130V Supply voltage through series resistor: 12V – 230V Supply voltage through series resistor and diode: 230V (Bulb-130V) Bulb: Filament, type BA9S with OAL max., 28m Pilot lights are also available with LED suitable for operating at various voltages. Both the contact elements and pilot lights are designed to have terminals with combi screws.

  Micro Switch MS 31 Teknic miniature, snap action, Micro switches are robust in their construction and possess a built in precision, repeatability and reliability in their operation. They are versatile and find application in domestic Appliances, Instrumentation, Telecommunication and other Electronic Equipment, etc. Microswitches have CSA approval. Mechanism: Single pole, snap action, change over contacts which may be used to provide a double throw switch to change from one circuit to another with a common supply line, or may be used as normally open or normally closed switched. The change over time in all cases is fairly independent of the plunger speed. The contact points are an alloy of silver suitable for long life. The Teknic Eucher inductive proximity switches are solid state switching devices, which require no physical contact to actuate them. Used for control and positioning signals they can be connected directly into conventional or electronic control systems. The use for such switching devices has increased in recent times as machines in general have become more and more automated. These proximity switches are available in standard cylindrical form as well as in flat profile and block housing forms. They are manufactured to international standard IEC 60-947-5-2. The combination of quality materials and advanced technology in the construction of these switches ensures a very high degree of precision and reliability under the most arduous conditions. These switches are designed for AC and DC supply voltage operation. The exact operating voltages and currents are mentioned in the data sheets of the individual types. All Teknic Euchner proximity switches have an environmental protection to IP 67 to DIN 40050. The output stages are protected against damage with the built in short circuit and overload protection.

The stations are offered in standard cast aluminum enclosures, which are dust and watertight and conform to IP 65 (IEC) and Nema 4X, 12 (UL) level of protection. The stations are available in which various sizes and can be assembled with different types of actuators, with / without terminals, with / without ammeters etc. The stations can be painted with epoxy / enamel paints or powder coated. 1way to 6way pushbutton stations are also available in plastic enclosures having flame retardency properties and these enclosures conform to IP 65 (IEC) level protection. Our Control Stations confirm to NEMA 4X, 12 rating as per UL50.

The contact elements are double break and have self-wiping contacts. The elements are interchangeable and can be stacked without additional hardware. 1 to 6 elements (NO or NC) can be used with pushbuttons and selector switches. For illuminated switches, 1 or 2 elements (NO or NC) can be used.

The TR11 circuit breaker for equipment (CBE) is a single pole, push to reset, thermally operated overload protector, providing reliable trip free operation on overloads and short circuits within the maximum breaking capacity. The trip mechanism is of a latch type and a high contact force can be maintained until the unit trips. This prevents contact bounce and reduces the risk of contact wielding. Main applications are protection of single-phase motor transformers, solenoids etc. against damage due to over current conditions. Operation The mechanism of the circuit breaker is designed to open the contacts in the event of a current flow in excess of the rated current according to the time/current characteristics of the device. A thermo bimetal strip, which has the advantage of being immune of high inrush currents and line transits, is heated by over current and deflects thereby releasing the latch mechanism. The contacts open even if reset button is manually held in the closed position. The is known as trip free mechanism. The contacts open and close with a positive snap action and the tripped state is clearly indicated by the extended projection of the reset button.
