TERLIPRESSIN INJECTION 1 MG / 0.10 MG synthetic triglycyl-lysine derivative inactive prodrug Terlipressin Injection 1 mg / 0.10 mg is a synthetic triglycyl-lysine derivative of vasopressin, is a inactive prodrug. It has pressor and antidiuretic effects. It is used in posterior pituitary lobe hormone preparations and is an analogue of vasopressin used as a vasoactive drug in the management of low blood pressure.
