The main difference between this heater and a gas or steam boiler is the energy source which used to heat the thermal fluid upto the required temperature. While a gas, oil or diesel boiler has a burner which sprays or injects the fuel, in case of electric thermal fluid heaters, there is no flame as the heat is provided by electrical resistors.  Use of low Watt density flanged electric heaters maintain low heat flux densities. The surface area provided is generously sized to keep thermic fluid film temperatures low, which protects the thermic fluid from carbonizing.   Our electric thermal fluid heaters are supplied as a compact unit on a platform containing all equipment components like Heater unit , thermic circulating pump, various isolating valves, its interconnecting piping etc including the expansion tank. These heaters are suitable for upto a maximum temperature of 300 deg centigrade.They are available from a range 6 KW to 120 KW.
