In SOURCE mode, DC milli volts, volts, micro amps and milli amps outputs are provided and values of the same are displayed on 4½ digit LCD display. In MEASURE mode, DC micro amps, milli amps, milli volts and volts input signals are measured and displayed on 4½ digit LCD display. SOURCE or MEASURE modes are selected by push button control.   RANGE AND RESOLUTION : (FOR SOURCE OUTPUTS AND INPUT MEASUREMENTS) 0 to 200 milli volts DC with resolution of 0.01 milli volts. 0 to 2 volts DC with resolution of 0.0001 volts. 0 to 20 volts DC with resolution of 0.001 volts. 0 to 200 micro amps DC with resolution of 0.01 micro amps. 0 to 2 milli amps DC with resolution of 0.0001 milli amps 0 to 20 milli amps DC with resolution of 0.001 milli amps. Source current is limited to 20 volts divided by the value of load resistance connected across the source output.
