Church tower bells are made from an alloy of copper, tin and zinc in virgin metals. Bells are made from minimum 50 kgs weight up to 4,000 kilos in a large foundry through a wooden mold of the bell. These bells are also called bronze bells or bell metal bells. After the mold is cast, it is mounted on a lathe for fine machine finish and polished at the same time. Clapper and yolk in proportion is also cast as the dimensions of the bell and fixed in the bell. We guarantee the sound of the bell to be heard at a distance of up to I kilometer.

Church tower bells are made in bell metal, an alloy of copper, tin and zinc in a bell foundry in weights of 60 kgs, 100 kgs, 200 kgs, 300 kgs, 500 kgs, 1,000 kgs, 2,000 kgs, 3,000 kgs and up to 4,000 kgs. This high quality product is then put on a lathe machine for smooth finishing and then put in another place for high gloss polishing. The finish that we give is guaranteed for total customer's satisfaction. An important point to be noted is that for every new order of church bell, we use new virgin metals of copper, tin and zinc and {not} old used alloy of copper, tin and zinc, kindly make a note of this please. We also provide the yolk and the clapper for the bell and we do installation jobs in india for the church at extra cost for our laborers. We have kept the cost of the finished bell @ rs.1300= per kilogram weight for a 100 kilogram bell; the customer has to let know the exact weight of the bell and then we will provide its dimensions like diameter and height.
