Perma Liquid Tile Adhesive is a complex polymer based white liquid. Perma Liquid Tile Adhesive is added to the bedding mortars used for fixing ceramic tiles, granites slabs or marbles slabs on horizontal surfaces. Perma Liquid Tile Adhesive dramatically enhances the adhesive, tensile and water-proofing properties in the mortars so that it prevents weeping joints in the floors and skirting. Perma Liquid Tile Adhesive can be added to neat cement as well to improve the properties of the paste. Lay the mortar on the floor and spread it evenly. Press the ceramic tiles, granite or marble to position. Mix cement : 15 kgs Fine sand : 50 kgs (1:2 by volume) Perma LTA : 2 litres Water : 2 to 3 litres This mortar is sufficient to fix 37sq.ft of tiles with a 5mm thick bed. For fixing ceramic tiles, granite or marble on existing mosaic floor � Dry mix 15kgs cement (use white cement for fixing marble) with 25kgs of fines and passing 300 micron sieve or use quartz or silica powder. Add two litres of Perma Liquid Tile Adhesive and water to desired consistency. Prime the back of the tile and the mosaic floor just before laying of the mortar with Perma Liquid Tile Adhesive mixed with neat cement (grey or white) mixed in the proportion of 1:1 by volume. Lay the smooth consistency mortar on the primed mosaic floor and spread it evenly. Press the primed tile or slab to position. Please note that the brush applied primer has a tendency to dry quickly. Hence prime the tile, granite or marble just before fixing. While fixing polished stones, huge granite or marble slabs, synthetic marble or granite slabs to the vertical surfaces, normal adhesives do not hold their weight, as these stones are too heavy and have a closed grained surface which is smooth. For this reason such slabs are either mechanically fixed with anchor fasteners or a mechanical key is created on the rear surface of the slabs, so that a general purpose adhesive can be used. Perma Stone Adhesive is used for creating mechanical key on the stone surfaces.

Alpha - Star is a dry bright floor polish and sealer which when applied forms a protective transparent film on the surface protecting the floor from wear and tear due to continuos abrasive action. Alpha - Star is a durable polish especially when you need it most under traffic area. Can be applied on all types of hard floors, e.g. vinyl , linoleum , artifical and natural stone floor. DIRECTION FOR USE Clean the area to be polished throughly with floor polish stripper. Remove slurry and apply damp mop to ensure 100% removal of dirt. Pour moderate quantity of Alpha - Star on the dampened kentucky mop and agitate / twist the mop ensuring that the polish is evenly spread in the mop. Apply 2nd coat after the 1st is dried up completely (Approx after 10 minutes) to the right angle of the first coat. Apply 3 coats or even upto 4 coats as desired. PRECAUTION Once Alpha - Star is applied do not go over it again during the same coat - even if a small patch is left the second coat will cover it.Take small manageable areas only. Do not walk over wet polish. After application wash the mop thoroughly. Do not store or use at temperatures below 5°C Safety Data is provided in the Material Safety Data Sheet.
