The top end liquid filling decreases the pressure inside the tank and the bottom liquid filling increases the pressure. Pressurizing systems enables you to increase the pressure while unloading liquids into tanks or gas line vaporizers. You can regulate the pressure to ensure there is no significant change of pressure during liquid delivery.
