Tray Dryer or Compartment Dryer is an enclosed insulated chamber inside which the trays are placed on top of each other in the trolleys. The materials, either wet or dry, are placed on the top of these trays for the purpose of drying. Further, heat transfer is done by the circulation of hot air using electric heaters or steam in radiator coils. Blower fans are also installed in the Tray Dryer so as to ensure proper circulation and transfer of heat. A control panel is provided to control or adjust the temperature and other parameters of the dryer. We provide Tray Dryer in mild steel, stainless steel or AL construction. It is used for drying of food, electrodes, bakery, chemicals, pigments and plastic powders.

Tray Dryer is used for the best drying results in conventional process.It is a double walled cabinet with one or two doors.The gap between two walls is filled with high density fibre glass wool insulation material to avoid heat transfer.Door are provided with gaskets.Stainless steel trays are placed are placed on the movable trolleys. S plates both the exterior made of thick gauge CRCA sheets or AISI 304 sheets. in between the space, resin bonded special quality fiber glass heat insulation slabs are provided. safety guards for fan blade & heaters are provided. The interiors is painted with heat resistant aluminum paint. The exterior is spray painted with silver gray gloss paint, Inner Chamber - CRCA or AISI 304, Outer Chamber - CRCA or AISI 304.      Fan & Motor : According to models doors are provided with smooth moving hinges, latch catch & sealing gaskets. Well balanced large propeller type fan (S) fitted inside the chamber with suitable shaft & dual bearing with Electric motor (S) drive.  Heaters : 'U' type tubular heaters are provided inside the chamber for maximum heat transfer.
