  TUBEFIT vent protectors, or more commonly known as the mud dauber fittings, protect open ends of instruments, tubing, outlet vents and bleed-off lines.The mesh wire screen prevents foreign particles such as mud dauber insects from entering and clogging various systems and causing damage. Standard materials are brass and stainless steel. Additional materials, sizes and fitting configurations are available on request.   Note : The E Dimension is the minimum opening. Tubefit tube fittings with weld ends allow you to make tube-to-weld connections. The fittings provide leak-proof seals at the tubing connections. They also eliminate costly, hazardous leaks in instrumentation and process tubing.   Syphons should be used in all steam applictions.pigtail steam syphons protect the instrument from damaging effects of direct exposure to high temperature steam. To properly install and use a syphon with water and install the pressure gauge. The water will fill the lower half of the coil and will act as a protective barrier between the high temperature steam and the pressure gauge. Optional IBR approval is offered, depending upon customer requirement   Features : Syphons are available with butt weld,socket and threaded end connections.   Material : SS 304, SS 316, C.S, Monel (Seamless Pipe)   Note : All syphons are 100% factory tested prior to shipment.

Description : TUBEFIT street lightning cut – outs in Sheet Steel construction have been specially designed, keeping in view the application & climatic conditions in the Gulf region.   Features : Street lightning cut – outs are manufactured with precision, out of extra thick, best quality CRCA steel sheets, galvanised & powder coated for smooth finish and protection against all types of atmosphere. The CUT – OUTS are tested & approved as per IP 44 & IP 54. Specially small size cut – outs are made for 4.5 mtr earth pole.

Instruction for Setting Pressure : Rotate the locknut-2 (part # 4) in clockwise direction & let it come down till available thread. Now tighten the cap (part # 3) in clockwise direction till the discharge at the outlet stops. Rotate the locknut-2 (part # 4) in anticlockwise direction & hold the cap in another spanner & tighten the locknut   Features : Oprating Temperature : 10°c to 25° c Orifice size : 6mm 100% valve are factory tested prior to despatch. Pressure can be set as per requirement.
