These are ideal for use in various industrial applications and are offered with a wide variety of gauge glass protectors. These BCO Tubular Gauges are unmatched in quality and are manufactured using a pair of auto shutoff ball check valves along with offset and union construction. This range possesses simple design and has the ability to work without additional isolation valves. Thus, it can be easily installed and is considered a cost-effective gauge. This range also includes an innovative offset construction that enables glass tubes to be replaced whilst in use. The ball check arrangement automatically closes the valve seals and prevents wastage of any fluid in case of glass tube breakage. Moreover, these have glass tube protection in the form of “Tie Rods” or “Pipe Shield”.

This is a direct reading level gauging device mounted parallel, along with the side of tank, as the process level fluctuates, the level in glass tube changes accordingly and gives reliable and accurate level measurement with excellent visibility. It consists of borosilicate glass tube (of 16/19/25 mm OD) housed in box type ’C’ channel section to prevent breakage. Scales are provided on the Channel to indicate level. Teflon gaskets provided for superior sealing.     Wide range of material of body/wetted parts available as per the process requirement. Max Op. Pressure vacuum to up to 6 kg/cm2, Centre to centre distances available from 300 MM to up to 3000 mm. Isolation / vent & drain valve can be provided.

SIGMA's Tubular Gauge Assemblies consist of a pair of Steel Gauge Cocks preferably forged, complete with four (4) Guard Rods or 2 nos C protectors, Guard Rod Holders and Borosilicate Tubular Glass. The Gauge Cocks have Union Bonnets, Stainless Steel Trim, Screwed Renewable Seat, Stainless Steel Ball Checks to automatically shut off the flow of the process fluid in case of glass failure. The Stainless Steel Stem is fitted with an extension tip to unseat the ball check when the valve is in the closed position. Gauge Cocks have Union Connections at valve ends for easier assembly and installation. The Tubular Glass Connections are Stuffing Box Type with a packing bush to prevent torsional stress on the tubular glass when gland nuts are tightened. Gauge Cocks are furnished with Handwheel Operation.
