Automated ultrasonic inspection solution for Bar Core defects by the linear travel of job & putting multiple probes 8 nos or multiple of 8, across the circumference to cover all the possible core flaws detection in Auto mode with registering the test graph, report by each jobs, shift etc.The other way to test full cross-sectional, we shall offer probe rotating or Job rotating based test system. In Job rotating, there will be helical movement of job with static probe. In this test system, there will be 3-4 Immersion probes (or 6-8 probes) placed in the Immersion tank. 2 nos probe will be for Longitudinal oriented flaws clockwise and anti-clockwise directions & the balance 1-2 no probe will be used for the normal beam testing/lamination testing/Flat bottom hole detections. The probe rotating based test system will have rotation of probe & linear pass of the job.
