Prime have recently developed wide range shampoo/hairoil bottles in different shapes and sizes. The evergrowing market of hair/skin care products requires new and attractive shapes of bottles. Prime have not only taken care of the different shapes but have also ensured that the bottles are user friendly and easy to open and despense. PRIME bottles are available both in PP and HDPE. The bottles are classified in 3 types depending upon the cap functions.

These are circular/round containers used for export/generic packing of bulk tablets/capsules. The round shape facilitate wide space for labels. Its wide mouth makes the packing easier and faster. It is the most popular shape for packing generic tablets in India. The containers are made from food grade virign plastic HDPE Granules. Prime has 10 type of round containers which are classified in 2 groups as

The containers are of Barni (Ogle) shape which has 2 slots at bottom and top side of the containers. The unique shape has a very good space for labels and stickers and looks attractive due to the curve near the neck portion. These are used and best for packing tablets /capsules/ayurvedic products and churans. It is also best for packing tea/coffee or any such food items.   These containers are available in both HDPE & PP Plastic granules which are food grade plastic.   Prime has 17 types of barni (OGLE) shape containers which are classified in 3 groups as under.

These are unique designed containers to suit bulk tablet/capsule packing.The rectangle shape containers with ribs on two side & designed to utilised the maximum space in a shipper export container. Due to its unique design no space is wasted and the ribs on two sides safegaurds the tablet/capsule from unnecessary frictions in transit by sea/air/road. The containers are made from food grade virgin HDPE plastic granules. PRIME has 18 type RIB Containers which are bifurcated in 3 groups as under.  

Prime has powder bottles both, dusting as well as sprinkling bottles. The range includes the following 1. 10 gm Powder(Sprinkle) with cap and plug 2. 50 gm Powder bottle with cap & Plug 3. 100 gm Powder bottle with cap & Plug The bottle & cap are made from HDPE and plugs are made from LDPE plastic granules of food grade virgin quality. Caps colour can be as per client requirement.

Plastic containers for packing sugar globules. The containers are of various capacity and designed to facilitate dispensing of globules. The capacity of the containers are as under:   1 packet contains 144 pcs and each packet have 4-5 attaractive colours. The containers are available HDPE(opaque) raw material

These dropper bottles are made from LDPE and is used for packing dilutions and mother tinctures. The plug and cap is specially designed to drop only one drop of liquid at a time. The material is very soft and can be efficiently used to dispense liquid medicine. Available in packing of 5 ml, 8 ml, 10 ml, 15 ml, 30 ml, 

Prime have developed this bottle for tablets such as calcium and other child related tablets and capsules. This can be made in any colour to suit the individual needs and requirement of client.

In keeping with the latest trend in the Pharma packing, Prime has also developed Plastic HDPE bottles for packing DRY-Syrups. The unique aspect of PRIME dry-syrup bottles are that the neck of the bottle is made to suit 25 mm caps instead of conventional 28 mm. This is cost effective and also have an attractive look due to curve near the neck. The neck is designed to fit both ROPP(Aluminium) caps and also plastic secure caps. PRIME have the following range in DRY Syrup bottles.
