Uniform drying under vaccum. Temperature ranges from 50 Deg. C to 200 Deg. C with Accuracy +/- 2 Deg. C. Precise Vaccum control to 30Hg vaccum displayed on Analog gauge using suitable vaccum pump. Temperature controlled by Digital Temperature Indicator cum Controller. Vaccum chamber is wrapped with set of high quality heaters for quick and uniform heating. Door has a thick tempered toughned glass window. Perfectly sealed with silicon rubber gasket for observation without disturbing the thermal condition. Proper door alignment to ensure excellent Vaccum performance and operators safety. Positive screw to tighten the lid to obtain perfect seal. Fitted with diaphragm valves and vaccum gauge. Control panel with Temperature Controller, Switches and indicating lamps provided on the front panel. Working on 230V AC , 50Hz. Supplied without vaccum pump. Available in GMP model also.

AMI Industries Vacuum Oven can be used for process drying under Vaccum or Standard Atmospheric Conditions. A vacuum type stop cock and Vacuum gauge are fitted on the top. Standard features are temperature up to 200 deg.C. Digital PID temperature controller , Vacuum Guage Control and release Valve, Stainless Steel suspension type door closing mechanism, Radiant wall heating provides uniform temperature and total use of work space. Round view tempered safety glass window, Secure Latch Silicone Rubber Door Gasket provides tight seal.

Construction: The unit is scientifically designed to provide excellent vacuum & temperature performance. The unit has a double walled construction. The inner chamber is made up of heavy gauge Stainless Steel, argon welded & mirror polished. The outer body is made up of MS; with powder coated finish in two tone colour (outer S.S. chamber can be provided on request). The main door of Aluminum casting is provided with a toughened glass at the center, for easy viewing of the contents of the inner chamber.
