VEL Lip Rolling Machine is used for progressive rolling-in for retaining glut ring of railway wheel tyre. The equipment is complete with Main Frame (consisting of Pressure Rolls, Shafts, Pressure Roll Drive & Swivel system), Thrust Rolls, Support Rolls, Sliding Stands, Hydraulic System, Control System, Control System, Metering & Safety Features. The equipment is capable for handling geared wheel sets and simple wheel sets also.

The High Speed High Shear Disperser is a zero by pass, aeration free mixing device which when used in a continuous or batch process will increase productivity by reducing mixing times. Application: Used in Pharmaceutical and Chemical industrials to produce Agglomerate - free solid-liquid mixture or emulsions.   Operation principle: 1) The high speed rotation of the internal rotor blades creates negative pressure which draws the mixing medium into the inlet and     onto the rotor blades. 2) Once on the blades the circumferential force due to the blade rotation accelerates the medium radially towards the shear     screen at high velocity. 3) The combination of the velocity of the medium against the screen and the tip cutting action of the blade results in high shear,     disintegration, or emulsification of the medium, depending on the type of screen installed. 4) The mixed medium then enters the outer chamber from which it can exit the device through the outlet port. At the same time,     fresh materials are continually drawn into the rotor, maintaining the mixing and pumping cycle Salient features: 1. Agglomerate- free product: Uniform, lump free product 2. Repeatability: Consistent homogeneous product time after time 3. Drastically reduced cycle time as compared with the conventional agitators/mixers. 4. Floor space savings. Less capital equipment required.

We manufacture double walled jacketed reaction vessel for chemical process plants. The content in the vessels may be electrically heated using thermic fluid heater or induction heater. Thermic Fluid Heater In thermic fluid heated reaction vessel at the inlet of jacket of the reaction vessel one solenoid operated ball valve will be provided . When the temperature of respective reaction vessel falls beyond set point , this valve will be closed , stopping the flow of thermic fluid into the jacket of respective vessel . Similarly when the temperature of respective vessel falls below set point , then this valve will be opened , allowing flow of thermic fluid into the jacket of the respective vessel . All the return line from the vessel will be joined together and flow back to the Thermic fluid heater.

Vel Workhandling Euipments specializes in design, fabrication, supply, erection and commissioning of innumerable water spray systems for Cement Mills, Grate Coolers, Down Comer Ducts, Gas Conditioning Towers, etc to cement Industries in India.During the process of finish grinding of clinker, lot of heat is generated inside the cement mill. The heat generated in excess has to be dissipated so that mill discharge temperature is kept at a desired level (around 90-120°C) to prevent the deterioration of the quality of cement. The increase in temperature beyond 125°C leads to dehydration of gypsum which changes the property of setting of cement. The decrease in temperature below 90°C leads to wet clogging of gypsum and the cement strength is affected. Internal water cooling in a cement mill serves to maintain the mill outlet temperature constant at preset values.

VEL HYDRAULIC SCRAP BAILING PRESS is used for making bails of M.S. Scrap obtained from turning the EMU wheel sets installed at Pit wheel lathe. The M.S. Scrap obtained will be in the form of continuos ribbons and will be take a shape of approximate 1 meter diameter of bail.This equipment is a combination of mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems.
