Vibro sifter consists of an assembly of screens with variable mesh size which is ideal for separation and gradation of powder, granules etc. as per the particle size.The machine is designed to achieve vibrations in multiple planes accompanied by a suitable assembly of a vibratory motor having an eccentric weight at the top and bottom ends of the motor shaft. The motor rests vertically at the center of the screen assembly, on a circular base by means of springs which allow for free vibration of the unit. The top weight causes vibrations in the horizontal plane which causes the material to move across the screen towards the periphery of the screen. The bottom weight tilts the unit which causes vibrations in the vertical tangential axis. The angle of lead of the lower weight with respect to the upper weight provides variable control of the screening pattern. The D.P. Vibro Sifter is a circular highly efficient gyratory screen with adjustable multiplane three component mechanical vibration. The heart of Vibro Sifter is the robust specially made vibrator motor which is designed for long trouble free continuous operation. The vibrator motor has double extended shaft fitted at each end with variable eccentric weight. Motor is rigidly mounted on circular vibrating table on rugged springs. Number of interchangeable spacing frames having discharge outlets along with tensions rings fitted with screens cloth can be mounted one on top of the other, on the Vibrating table with the help of clamp rings. D.P. Vibro Sifter is the most efficient screening machine for any dry and wet sieving application.

The Vibro Sifters are widely used in chemical, food processing and other Industries, for continuous gradation. This equipment’s are based on the principle of systematic Gyratory movement of the particles on vibrating screens. The structuring of the machine has been designed in order to achieve the multiple plane vibration by suitable assembly of the specially designed Vibratory motor (constructed for this purpose) having eccentric weight at the top and bottom ends of the motor shaft. The motor is mounted vertically at the centre of the screening assembly, on a circular base by means of springs, which allow the Unit to vibrate freely. The springs absorb the vibrations and prevent them to be transmitted on the floor.
