Vima has also developed GOLDLINE range of special low cost cylinders perfectly designed for machine tools and allied industrial applications suitable for 70 kgcm2. These cylinders are designed specially keeping in mind the low-cost requirement while not compromising on quality. GOLDLINE range of hydraulic cylinders are available in the following sizes. Bore diameter: 40, 50, 63, 80, 100. Stroke lengths: upto 2000 mm. Mountings: Front flange, rear flange, rear clevis and foot mountings.

Salient Features of Hydraulic Cylinders Piston rods ground and hard chrome plated. Induction hardened and hard chrome plated EN9 piston rods available as optional. Pipes are cold drawn seamless pipes (ST 52) and duly honed internally. Sealing as per specific applications including chevron sets, polyurethane type ‘U’ seals, Double-acting seals or bronze filled PTFE seals of high quality. Special polyester resin + polyester fibre + graphite filler guide rings for pistons which provide high compressive strength, low frictional resistance and ensure that there is never metal to metal contact within the cylinder. Vima has been a pioneer in adapting thislatest technique in our cylinders for the past 8 years. Fully stress relieved structure for higher capacities. Special front and cover design to replace rod seal without opening entire cylinder. Hundred percent testing for leakage and smooth movement

Hydraulic power packs are the heart of any hydraulic system. In these units pressure is achieved and oil is fed into a prime mover as per the flow rate required for the operating speed of the prime mover. Hydraulic powerpacks manufactured by Vima are assembled incorporating pumps and valves of reputed manufacturers. Pump motor assemblies are mostly vertically mounted on tank top and special connecting housing is used to connect pumpmotor. In case of dual pump system a low pressure pump is coupled at extended shaft of the main pump. All hydraulic valves are mounted on special manifold blocks such that pipings are reduced and the total unit becomes compact. Oil tanks are fabricated out of MS sheets and are provided with various accessories such as level gauges, drain plug, air breathers cum oil filler, baffle plate and temperature gauge as required. Tanks with capacity more than 400 lts are provided with manhole with cover and sloping bottom.

Salient Features of Hydrotesting System Hydro testing systems are used to test pipes for internal pressure. The system includes a hydraulic powerpack, oil water intensifier, sealing heads of various sizes as per requirerments, and various other accessories. Our systems are running successfully at various pipe manufactures and are available in automatic testing option as well.
