This specially customized unique machine is a combination of PP Spine Welding Machine with shuttle trays. The label is placed along with the spine and the output is a neat weld at a single stroke. This eliminates the tedious job of inserting the label after the seal thereby increasing the production. The Shuttle tray system again optimises productivity. Presence of gauges on the left and right slide-in trays facilitates accurate positioning and gives a classic finished look. A heavy duty pneumatic press provides the necessary pressure.

Two operators can work simultaneously and individually on this machine. Applications:To seal inner pockets and windows of PP Files, 'L' Shaped Folder sealing, Project File Sealing, CD Leaf Sealing and to seal thin PP Films on PP file back.
