We are now adding one more our best product "Zero Hold Up Filter Press" to our range of Product.     REVERSE FLOW ZERO HOLD UP TYPE   Here the direction of flow of liquid is exactly opposite to the flow in standard filter i.e. the impure liquid to be filtered enters the filter from the bottom into the center channel & goes to the top of each plate. The clear filtrate flows out from openings on side of plates to the shell & then to the outlet. This flow ensure almost 100% filtration of the liquid which is not so with the standard flow type.   Salient Features Complete filtration of the batch without any hold up due to reverse flow of liquid hence large saving in time & cost. Back wash facility can be provided for continuous operations. No scavenger arrangement required. This tunnel washing machine is most ideal for ROUND BOTTLES and finds wide application in PHARMA, FOOD INDUSTRIES.The automatic loading arrangement facilitates loading of bottles on to SS wire mesh conveyer through feed conveyor or bottles are pushed manually from feed table. This saves manpower as bottles are feed into pockets automatically. The automatic unloading mechanism consists of unloading bottle on to a wire mesh conveyor which continues on to turn table.Three cycle rinsing allows flexibilities of various wash cycles such as fresh water, demineralised water etc. as per the rinsing requirement of bottle. All the pumps are made of SS and all the water contact parts are made of SS 304 on a heavy base of MS painted structure.   The total rinsing cycle is smooth and limit switches/sensors are built at every stage to sense bottle reversal or bottle obstruction and stop the machine.

  The fully automatic Bottle Warmer is used for warming cold filled carbonated soft drinks in PET bottles of sizes 500ml, 1.0L, 1.5L and 2.0L for a minimum temperature rise of 15 deg C up to a maximum of 20 deg C to ensure no visible condensation on the bottle as its exit. The output of the warmer is limited to 15% more than the rated filler speed for 1.5L bottles and has a capacity to hold 10 minutes accumulation of the these bottles with filler running at its rated speed. As such any size of Bottle Warmer can be supplied depending on user's specific requirement.

A high effective recirculating air system is provided. The filtered air, heated electrically, is re-circulated with fresh air in selected proportions for optimum drying. Uniform air circulation, controlled temperature, sturdy construction and large working space are the valuables of the oven which is suitably designed to cover wide temperature range. Loading and unloading is faster and simple. In higher capacities trays trolley rolls in and out of the chamber. For continuous operation a spare trolley can be had for loading while the drying cycle is taking place.

SIGMA MIXER consist of "W" shaped container made of either Mild Steel or Stainless Steel 304 or 316 with jacket of Carbon Steel covering two side for heating or cooling application & dust free cover to get Vacuum if desired or normal cover. The mixing elements (Blades) are of Sigma type Steel casted and duly finished two in number which contra rotate inward fitted at close or specified clearance with the container to give thorough and uniform mixing. There is a Gland pusher of Gun Metal Bush which ensure minimal friction and extend the life of mixing elements (Blades) Shaft.SIGMA MIXER as the name suggests contains mixing element (Blades) of Sigma type two in number which contrarotates inward to achieve end to end circulation & thorough & uniform mixing at close or specified clearance with the container. The mixed product can be easily discharged by tilting the container by hand lever manually either by system of gears manually operated or motorised.

Vacuum Filler is a Rotary Level Filler which fills with vacuum principle and maintains same level while filling particular size / adjustment. It is used for filling only Non-Carbonated Liquids.   Applications FILL-LIQUOR PHARMA LIQUIDS HOUSEHOLD LIQUIDS IN GLASS RIGID BOTTLES & CONTAINERS.
