We manufacture sterile tube swabs for bacteriological culturing work. The variants of sterile tube swabs include: sterile transport tube and cotton swab, sterile cotton viscose swab sticks. These sterile tube swabs are available in plastic polypropylene or wooden sticks individually packed and sterilized.

The sample containers are absolutely leak proof and sterilised by Gamma Radiation or ETO.  

We offer roll on bottles. 9ml & 10 ml roll-on bottle assembly in pet material. The roll on bottles are available in transparent and opaque form.

We manufacture customised plastic spoons for pharmaceutical and FMCG sector. These plastic measuring spoons are made of different plastic polymers like PP, LDPE, HIPS, PS, etc. The plastic spoons are precisely calibrated and the edges are extremely smooth for easy functioning. We also provide decorating these plastic spoons by high quality (Screen / Pad) Printing up to two colours.

We manufacture Measuring Cups for Pesticide Bottles / Agro Chemical Bottles, Pharmaceutical application & FMCG sector. The plastic measuring cups are made in different polymers like Polypropylene, Low Density Poly Ethylene, etc. The measuring cups are precisely calibrated and the edges are extremely smooth for easy functioning. We provide decorating these measuring cups by high quality (Screen / Pad) printing up to two colours. We also provide measuring cups for pesticide bottles from 50 ml to 1 litre Capacity.  

We manufacture Plastic Cassettes for Rapid Test in single way and multi way (two or four ways) as per customer’s requirements. The Plastic Cassettes for Rapid Test (Cassettes for diagnostic kits) are widely used for instant results. The Rapid test can be carried out without laboratories or also without power supply (except in some cases).  The plastic cassettes for rapid test are a modern way of testing and are Accurate, Cost Effective and User Friendly as compared to other conventional methods like Dipsticks, which may affect the result of the tests. We manufacture Single Panel and Multi Panel Rapid Test Cassettes that are used for HIV, HCG, Flu, Hepatitis, Dengue, Malaria tests, etc., as per customer’s requirements. We also provide high quality printing on Rapid Test Cassettes.

We also provide decoration facilities like Hot Stamping and High quality (Screen / Pad) Printing and speciality master batches for colour combinations for caps and closures.    

They are manufactured in Polystyrene, Polypropylene & Polycarbonate. Polystyrene Plates are Optical Clear, Non-toxic & Disposable & are sterilised by either Gamma Radiation or ETO Sterilisation method. Polypropylene dishes are Unbreakable & can be Autoclaved repeatedly. Polycarbonate dishes are Clear, Transparent, Unbreakable & Autoclavable repeatedly. They are individually packed in a poly bag.We customise these plates as per your requirements.

We have a range of pesticide bottles agro chemical bottles. Sizes available: 60 ml, 150 ml, 250 ml, 500ml, 1 lit. The pesticide bottle set includes: the bottle, cap, induction liner and measuring cup.

PC Bottles and PETG Bottles when compared with glass bottles for blood culturing provides safety advantage without compromising the performance of the test. We manufacture Clear Transparent Polycarbonate Bottles (PC bottles) for blood culture applications, where the process is to find the presence of micro-organism present and growing in the blood. The PETG bottles are cost effective. These PC and PETG media bottles are clear transparent with HDPE Caps. Its reduced permeability to CO2 / O2 facilitates the longer term for media storage. PC bottles and PETG bottles of any size can be customised as per client's requirements.

The Pasture Pipettes are also known as Transfer Pipettes. Being disposable, they find immense use in the Rapid Diagnostic Cassettes application.  They are made from Medical Grade Polymer & are customised as per the requirements of our clients. We manufacture pasture pipettes including disposable pipettes, plastic pipettes, calibration pipettes, transfer pipettes, volumetric pipettes, and micro pipettes in variety of sizes for different uses.

The microcentrifuge tube walls are ultra thin and consistent, to ensure a fast temperature exchange between heating system and sample, resulting in faster cycles. The ultra–thin micro centrifuge tubes are made from a particular grade of polypropylene in highly mirror polished moulds and are free of lubricants, dyes, heavy metals or fillers.

The McCartney Bottles are specially used to carry Culture Medium and bacterial growth can be done in these bottles. McCartney Bottles are a set of (a) Thick, Clear & Wide Mouth Glass Bottle (b) Aluminum Screw Cap (c) Rubber Liner These Bottles along with the Cap and Rubber Liner can be Autoclaved easily. Also, these bottles can be sterilized with the Medium present inside it.

We offer durham tubes. Durham tubes are very small size test tubes made from neutral glass. These tubes are used in microbiology & diagnostic sectors. The durham tube is inverted tube inside the fermentation tube which actually captures the gas produced by microorganisms. Glass is very clear and transparent. The edges are properly fire polished and hence smooth. The bottoms of these durham tubes are rounded accurately under experts’ supervision.

Disposable loops are made out of Medical Grade Polystyrene material and this eliminates the need of flaming. They are moulded under expert’s supervision and bears accurately controlled dimensions. The agar surface is saved from cutting or damages during streaking, due to smooth edges of the loops. We provide sterile and individually packed disposable loops; rigid as well as flexible disposable loops as per customer’s needs and specifications.

We manufacture culture tubes in different sizes (i.e. Diameter & height) as per client requirements. Our culture test tubes and culture tubes are manufactured from tubing that has uniform wall thickness and exact diameters.

blood culture bottles are used to find any microorganism present in the blood. These culture bottles are manufactured in polycarbonate & glass both. The polycarbonate bottles are light weight and autoclavable having a clear and transparent surface. the glass bottles are little heavier as compared to pc bottles and autoclavable. Both the glass bottles and polycarbonate bottles can be customised as per customer’s requirements. We can manufacture these blood culture bottles in different shapes such as square, triangle and round. the caps of these culture bottles are specially designed in three pieces. The completely autoclavable assembly comprises of one plastic cap, one rubber plug made of non toxic, medical grade bromo butyl and the transparent random polypropylene lid. We also provide the option of the cap with wad assembly for these bottles

We manufacture the plastic cartridge assembly along with the spring and the single cartridge dispenser known as applicator. Our cartridges are used for filling 52 nos. Antimicrobial susceptibility discs for various applications. These antibiotic sensitivity discs, antimicrobial susceptibility disk dispensing device and spring loaded plastic cartridge assemblies are manufactured under expert’s supervision.
