Further, the international designing and structure of Water Level Controller is widely appreciated. Working :The water level controller {WLC} first checks underground water in the underground tank to the predefined upper level. Once the predefined upper level is achieved in the underground tank and if the overhead tank is empty (below predefined lower level) then the WLC switches on the pump. Whenever the pump starts, just after a minute the WLC checks the water flow. If the water flow is not achieved then the WLC gives the Dry Run audio visual indication and stops the pump. This saves the pump from dry running and saves electricity. Similarly when the water flow is sensed then the WLC checks the levels of water in the underground tank as well as overhead tank simultaneously. Once the water in the overhead tank fills up to the predefined upper level or the water is pumped below the predefined lower level in the underground tank the pump is switched off automatically. The WLC takes feedbacks from the float sensors and checks the levels of water in the overhead tank as well as the underground tank regularly.
