Wetasin-RLG A novel leveling agent for the dyeing of reactive and direct dyes on cellulose with multiple properties Key Features : FIt controls the liquor exhaustion rate and lowers the rate of fixation during reactive dyeing. Ensures uniform fixation of the dyestuff due to pH regulating effect during the alkali addition .FThese properties promote level dyeings particularly of cellulose based synthetic fibres such as viscose, lyocell, modal and micro modal . FThe product has a sequestering effect regarding hardness elements which may be contained in the process water, in the goods and in the electrolyte additives. FIt has a positive influence on the bicarbonate problem the dyer is faced with in reactive dyeing. FThe reproducibility of the dyeings is improved. Wetasin-ACA (Agasint Depsolube ACA of Croda) wetasin-aca is an excellent emulsifier with anti-crease properties that eliminates problems associated with difficulty in removal of oils, fats, silicone and wax from yarn and fabric made from cellulose, polyester, polyamide, elastane blends. physical properties composition blend of special phosphate esters appearance light brown liquid of moderate viscosity solubility miscible in water compatibility stable to acids and alkalis. unaffected by hard water or electrolytes advantages f fabric without spot stains or creases. f additional anti-crease agents need not be added. f applicable in pre-treatment, dye bath and after treatment. f no restraining effect. f no unpleasant fumes during drying. f higher machine loading at shorter liquor ratios. f improves productivity. f suitable for all types of equipment, including jet and package dyeing machines, drum washing machines for garments etc f makes possible scour-dye techniques on 100% polyester. f enhances the heat setting efficiency making fabric more stable for processing. f improves stain removal after heat setting, particularly on difficult fibre types like micro fibres or elastane blends. application general : combined properties of lubrication, emulsification and anti re-deposition provide unique benefits for special fabrics such as ‘lycra’ blends with cotton, nylon or polyester and micro fibers or micro fiber blends. wetasin-aca as an emulsifier and anti-crease agent add wetasin-aca 0.5 to 1.0 g/l to each hot bath, i.e. pre-scour or bleach, dye bath and boiling rinse baths scour-dye for 100% polyester the bath should be set at 50°c with wetasin-aca 1 to 2 g/l run for 5 to 10 minutes before the addition of wetasin-dan (dispersing agent) 0.5 to 1.0 g/l wetasin- hts (sequestering agent) 0.5 g/l ph buffer of 4.5 to 5.0 and run 5 to 10 minutes. add well dispersed disperse dyes. raise temperature to 130°c to 135°c, run 15 to 60 minutes depending on depth of shade and class of dyestuffs applied.
