Wire feeder Units are Portable Units having Twin. Roll Drive system designed to feed 0.8 to 2.4mm dia. welding wires to a hand operated MIG welding Torch. For ease in installation & operation as well as maintenance the Wire feeders are compartmentalized for different circuitery/ parts for different operations. RFM series are 4 ~ 8 axes, high precise and reliable spring forming machine. RFM series offers all the same features and benefits of the CSM series with the addition of servo controlled wire rotation system. The rotary wire and quill rotation system offer versatile use of the machine at high speeds with feeding precision & no direction limit. Servo control rotary wire mechanism rotates around the wire during its spring forming, this increases the forming capability over the 3 axes machine and also reduces the setup time. Multiple optional servo spinners can reduce setup and tooling requirements. RFM offer similar function to the camless machine but at affordable cost. RFM is capable of processing flat wire, square wire, rhombic wire…etc. Optional EA 2nd hook forming station is for high speed production of extension spring.

Other mesh sizes can be made with additional main rack and parts supplied as optional equipment at additional cost.   Hexagonal Wire Netting Machine has a circular pinion holder on the front and rear of the machine. The wires fed from the bobbins and the spiral coils (prepared in spiral coiling machine) placed on the front and rear rack of the machine produces the netting. The net is pulled out by the take-up roller with stands on the surface of the machine and wound automatically on the winding roller. When the required length of netting is produced, the net is cut and removed from the roller manually
