itcol Rustcol RP - 1204 & Witcol Rustcol RP - 3204 are a barium-free corrosion preventives which offers cold srolled steel excellent protection in condensation, salt spray and open shed conditions.Witcol Rustcol RP - 1204 & Witcol Rustcol RP - 3204 has good drawing properties and is also easily removed with neutral or alkaline water-based cleaners.Witcol Rustcol RP - 1204 & Witcol Rustcol RP - 3204 are thixotropic and provides optimum film stability on vertical surface.Witcol Rustcol RP - 1204 & Witcol Rustcol RP - 3204 protects semi-finished cold rolled steel components during transportation and sheds storage when good protection and easy removability are priorities. APPLICATIONS:Witcol Rustcol RP - 1204 & Witcol Rustcol RP - 3204 can be applied by dipping, spraying or rolling. Those are normally applied electrostatically to cold rolled steel. When electrostatically spraying or filtering, the temperature should not fall below 40° C.As with all thyrotrophic products, light settling can occur after longer periods of storage. If seal in the original container, Witcol Rustcol RP - 1204 & Witcol Rustcol RP - 3204 can be stired for min. 3 years at 5-40° C.

Witcol Circulating Oils’ designed for use in circulating systems are made from high viscosity index, chemically stable base stocks which are further fortified with antioxidants, anticorrosion, antiwear and antifoam additives. Witcol Cutwell - 40 is concentrated, water soluble oil Compounded for ferrous and non-ferrous materials.Witcol Cutwell - 40 is blended from the finest quality high viscosity index paraffin base oils. Incorporated into these base oils are extreme pressure additives, Anticorrosive additives, emulsifier and germicidal agents.It is a heavy duty, soluble oil with high EP properties. An emulsion of Water Soluble Cutting Oil combines the cooling characteristics of a conventional emulsion with the load carrying properties of cutting oil. Thus, a product of this type can be used on machining operations where the extreme pressure requirements are too severe for conventional soluble oils.It is generally recommended for heavy duty machining of carbon steels, stainless steels, high temperature alloys on automatic lathe, drilling, milling and boring operations. It can also be used in applications such as gear hobbing, gear shaping and broaching of ferrous metals.

DESCRIPTION :‘Witcol DL 81’ is a highly chlorinated extreme pressure ( EP ) type oil with fatty oils and free sulphur making it ideally suited for most severe drawing conditions. At the drawing periphery when surface of the tube bar is in contact with the die, there is a chemical reactivity on the metal surfaces whereby a nascent metallic chloride layer of molecular thickness is formed. This feature is important in high speed drawing of steel for extending the die life and improving the surface finish. Applications :‘WITMANS Witcol DL 81’ is ideally suited for cold pilfering. The high percentage of stabilized chlorine incorporated in the blend enables maximum reduction per pass, simultaneously offering a high degree of finish both internally and externally. It also ensures low wear on mandrel and dies. WITCOL TOOLWAY grades are specially formulated for the lubrication of slow moving machine parts. Mild EP & rust preventive additives are incorporated to give high performance characteristics. Toolway - 32,68 , N – 32 & 220 are recommended for slideway lubrication of planer, grinder, horizontal boring machines, shapers, jig bores etc. involving high precision work & are also recommended for lubrication of gears by oil can. Tool way N - 32 is recommended in combined hydraulic and guide ways lubrication system of machine tools. 

‘Witcol Draw Oil is straight oil. It is a medium viscosity material formulated with mineral oil, lubricity agents, and chlorinated EP additives. Application :Witcol Draw Oil is excellent on stainless steel and ferrous metals. Use for drawing, forming, stamping and punching on the medium to heavy jobs. Ideal for many punching applications. Because of its EP additives and lubricity additives, many parts can go through many secondary operations without reapplying the lubricant. ROLLWELL- 50 is a high activity blend of natural and synthetic esters and other lubricating additives together with a balanced blend of anti-oxidants and non-ionic surfactants. The product forms a white metastable emulsion in water that affords excellent rolling characteristics.Application :ROLLWELL- 50 is specifically designed for the cold rolling of silicon steels, mild steels and carbon steels. The term quenching normally refers to the controlled cooling of steel components in a fluid to give specified properties. The hardness and other physical properties obtained depend on the composition of the steel, the dimension of the component, the time and temperature of the heat treatment and the speed and duration of the quenching process. A number of quenching mediums such as molten salts, brine water, synthetic quenchants can be used, but petroleum based medium find the widest application due to the following advantages. They are easier to control and give uniform hardness. Suitable for large scale automation. They are non-corrosive and non-toxic. ‘Witcol Temper Lube Grades’ have been specially formulated from highly refined petroleum oils with additives and have the following characteristics:• Good thermal properties• Good chemical oxidation stability• High boiling points & low volatility• High flash & hire points TEMPER LUBE 39 / 40 :These are blends of refined base oils and contain no additives. ‘ Witcol’ Temper Lube 39’ is recommended for general purpose quenching of components and is particularly suitable for quenching of cyanided parts. ‘Witcol Temper Lube 40’ is suitable in situations where lower quenching speed is desired. These meet the requirement of IS 2664-1980 Straight Mineral Type Grade Medium and Heavy respectively. TEMPER LUBE 42/ 42 SPL :This is blend of refined petroleum oil and high quality fatty oils. It has good wetting characteristics and has a higher quenching speed compared to ‘Witcol Temper Lube 39 and Witcol Temper Lube 40. Recommended for general purpose quenching operation but is not suitable for quenching of cyanided parts. It meets the requirement of IS 2664-1980 Compounded type. TEMPER LUBE 43 :It is an additive type of Quenching Oil with good dispersant characteristics and has excellent heat transfer properties. The carefully selected additive incorporated in this oil controls soiling of metallic parts during quenching by preventing dirt from accumulating on the metal and thereby ensures uniform hardness with minimum quench distortions. It meets the requirements of IS 2664-1980, Additive Type. TEMPER LUBE 85 :Marquenching oil suitable for maintaining the quenching bath at 150 to 220° C. It is recommended for the mass production of high precision, high quality products, such as bearing races automotive gears and transmission components. It gives low and predictable quench distortions cutting down rejects. It meets the requirements of IS 4543-1977.

The product also supports reduction of frictional differences between different fibers in blends like Polyester-Acrylic, Polyester- Viscose, Polyester-Cotton and others. ‘Witcol STO 20 CE & STO - 10’ are high performance lubricants for Polyester / Nylon Sewing Thread and Embroidery Yarns. These are blend of Silicone Oil Aliphatic, Synthetic Esters and high performance additives. Have excellent cohesive property & characteristic of dissipating heat generated during sewing operation. APPLICATION:‘Witcol STO 20 CE & STO - 10 are applied directly by kiss or dosing pump during final winding. Add on depends on the type of yarn and the required Sew ability. • Embroidery Yarns - 0,5 to 2,0%• Sewing Threads - 3,0 to 6,0%
