Aluminum composite board are composed of a special homogeneous core material , sandwiched between two aluminium skins. A simple concept, resulting in an extraordinary product giving the advantage of an excellent strength–to-weight ratio.

We offer pre laminated particle board : it is a 3-layered chip board made by binding wood particles, ranging in size from flakes to splinters, together with suitable adhesives such as plastic resin and pressing them to form sheets. pre laminated mdf board : medium density fibre board is an engineered wood product formed by first breaking softwood into wood fibres, combining the same with wax and resin and then forming panels by applying high temperature and pressure. It is a building material similar in application to plywood which is made of separated fibres, but not wood veneers and is denser than particle board.

A superior quality block board, V.I. board imbibes the strength of solid wood and smoothness and finish of finely hardwood ply. V.I. boards are manufactured from combination of selected seasoned hardwood / pinewood timber battens and hardwood core veneers. The boards are bonded with urea formaldehyde resin under high pressure and temperature for MR grade and phenol formaldehyde for BWP grade. Chemically protected against termites and borers, V.I. boards have increased mechanical strength and dimensional stability compared to other block boards. Being less hygroscopic, V.I. boards have much lower tendency to absorb moisture and are hence resistant to twisting / wrapping and have superb screw and nail holding capabilities. V.I. boards thus are virtually indestructible and can resist the vagaries of weather.   Applications Furniture, partitions, racks / shelves, shutters and base panel for decorative laminates etc.   Standard Thicknesses 16mm, 19mm and 25mm.

Our flush doors have a solid block board construction with cross band and face veneers bonded with supreme quality phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin making them 100% boiling waterproof. Processed and finished on precision machinery through hot press process, which makes our flush doors structurally and dimensionally stable. Stiles & rails : finger joint or solid one piece wood.
