It’s good for controlling cholesterol and high blood pressure. It is diabetic friendly and gluten free. Cooking direction:Boil water and sea salt in a medium heavy saucepan. Add buckwheat, cover and reduce the flame to low. Simmer for 20 minutes. Turn off the flame and let it sit for 5 minutes. Serve with sauce or curry.
