It has an opening on one side of the fitted with a circulation blower. The blower takes the inside air from the room and passes through the ducting in two paths. In one path it takes the hot and humid air and in the other it takes the cool air. The cool air and hot, humid air are mixed in the mixing chamber located on the other side of the KOJI ROOM. Water condensate gets drained through the bottom drain valve. Only the conditioned humid air will move through the top opening to the perforated duct, which is placed inside the die room. This will pass through the trays loaded with koji / bran. The air emerging from the Koji will get sucked by the circulation blower and the circulation continues.The humidity and the temperature are maintained by a heater and chilled water circulation. A modern electronic control system is used. The Relative humidity and temperature are indicated and controlled by the indicating controllers which adjust the heating and chilled water circulation to achieve accurate control. Single effect, climbing film evaporators are simple evaporators which can be used under vacuum at lower temperatures. The single effect evaporator is designed as a forced circulation evaporator. Designs are available in a wide range of capacities – from 0.1 m2 heat transfer area to 10 m2. In terms of water evaporation capacity, the capacity ranges from 10 kg to 1000 kg water evaporation per hour.Wide variation in the configuration is possible. The evaporator can be operated as natural circulation evaporator, if the viscosities involved are not very high. Positive displacement pumps like lobe or gear pumps could be provided for product recirculation when high viscosities are involved. Surface condenser or semi barometric condenser can be provided as required. Suitable condensate receivers can be provided whenever surface condensers are used. Condensers can be horizontal or vertical and with countercurrent or co current cooling arrangement. Dry or wet vacuum pump is provided depending upon the vacuum to be maintained. A peristaltic pump is a type of positive displacement pump used for pumping a variety of fluids. The fluid is contained within a flexible tube fitted inside a circular pump casing (though linear peristaltic pumps have been made). A rotor with a number of "rollers", "shoes", "wipers", or "lobes" attached to the external circumference of the rotor compresses the flexible tube. As the rotor turns, the part of the tube under compression is pinched closed (or "occludes") thus forcing the fluid to be pumped to move through the tube. Murhopye - Industrial Shaker is a Rotary Two Tier Heavy Duty Shaker built for continuous and trouble free operation.The shaker has two platforms of 60" X 60" size on which the flasks are placed. 36 Flasks of capacity 5000 ml can be placed on each platform and more numbers of smaller flasks can be accommodated. The flasks can be autoclaved and the setup can be used for conducting biological testing or production.For trouble free operation continuous grease lubrication is provided to two sides. Owing to the large size of the frame ( 5' x 5'), the lubrication line is brought out for convenience. The grease enters the main bearing housing in the central part and gets distributed equally to the 2 bearings thereby making operation noiseless and trouble free. In addition to this, in the bottom of housing additional large size grease cup is threaded into the casting which provides the lubrication for a long time.The top platform rotates on three hardened steel balls. The ball cups are also made of hardened steel for long life. These cups are filled with grease which will last for a few months. Four tensioning springs are holding the platform in position. As these springs are not having any mechanical friction, occasional lubrication will suffice.The shaker needs no other attention. On each Platform of size 60" x 60" 36 flasks of capacity 5000 ml.
