Standard Big Bags ( U+2 ) : The U+2 construction bag has 1 body panel in “U” shape and 2 side panels, It can be of 4 corner loops or 4 cross corner loops, As per the requirement we can add its top attachments as Skirt Top, Spout top then bottom attachments as bottom spout/discharge spout. We can also include Baffles with filler cord(Dust proof) or without filler cord(Dust proof) as per the requirement. These Bags are primarily used to store construction materials like gravel, sand, stone etc. and are of the construction Open Top and Flat Bottom. Other applications of the Standard Bags include storage of Chemicals, Food and Pharmaceuticals.

The bag is always have Baffles with filler cord (Dust proof) or without filler cord (Dust proof) as per the requirement. The Baffle bulk bag is designed to offer an alternative to rigid forms of containerization for transporting and storing products where best use of available space is essential. Baffle bulk bags occupy less space and can reduce transportation costs by up to 25% in comparison with a standard FIBC. The Baffle bulk bag design utilizes inner baffles which help to maintain the original shape once the FIBC has been filled. This is achieved with perforated panels which ensure that the product flows uniformly into the corners.
