Manual & remote operated Test service and isolate position Mechanical & electrical isolating arrangement

These compartment consist of voltmeter, ammeter, multifunction meter, over current/ earth fault relay, trip circuit supervision relay, master trip relay, auxiliary relay etc. Also the additional relay and meter has been provided as per the requirement of the protection. All meters and relay wiring are properly run through a bunch of wire proper ferrule number. All meters, relay, indication lamp are properly indicated by metal sheet sticker.  

Fixed or horizontally with drawable voltage transformer are accommodated on top of the cubical or in separate PT panel and are in 3 limb or 5 limb or 3 single phase version with ratio to suit system voltage. The PT winding are epoxy cast resin insulated and are connected to either circuit side or busbar side as desired. The voltage transformer carriage can readily be removed from the panel when required. A shutter automatically covers the fixed isola_ng contact when the voltage transformer is isolated. On the primary side of voltage transformers are provided with high resistance cartridge type fuse which can only be removed when the transformer is isolated. Secondary of HRC fuse are also accessible.

Fixed type current transformers are mounted on sufficient height from base, before to the VCB. Current transformer is designed as per the ratio and protection class requirement of the customer. The CT winding are insulated from epoxy resin cast material. The primary winding are connected to the busbar and the secondary are connected to the relay and metering box at CT short link connection.
