FRP Door Sandwich Panel is 25 mm thick made of fiberglass material. FRP Toilet Pan which mounted on trailer body fitted by riveting is 4mm thick. All Panels are made up of FRP to avoid rusting. The sump tank laminated with FRP is fitted at the bottom with 4 inch outlet valve to empty the tank. The trailer is sturdy and movable made up of heavy duty ISMC channel of size 100 x 50.Each toilet cabins are having an arrangement of tap water and fully air ventilation.The whole unit having an electric fitting arrangement. There is no smell due to proper arrangement of gas pipe. Water tank of 500 liter capacity are mounted at the bottom on both side of the cabin There is an arrangement of sliding platform with railing & ladder on both side of cabin It is ensuring long life at low cost The tyres are having size 6 x 16 of 4Nos All cabins are having a proper locking arrangement from inside & outside Note It is Uday Creations Pvt. Ltd. Designed Trailer Carrying 6 toilet cabin on it. There is a FRP laminated sump tank at the bottom, in which the excreta from the toilets is collected. The sump tank, when full can be emptied into Bio-gas or compost plant or regular city drainages sewers.
