A Superheater Coil is a device used to convert saturated steam or wet steam into superheated steam or dry steam. Superheated steam is used in steam turbines for electricity generation, steam engines, and in processes such as steam reforming. There are three types of Superheaters Coil: radiant, convection, and separately fired. A superheater Coil can vary in size from a few tens of feet to several hundred feet. Superheaters Coil are used where only dry steam is required in a process/machines such as Turbines. Any moisture content in a steam in such cases happens to degrade or corrode the machine thereby affecting its average operating life. So, superheater coil converts low-quality steam to high quality for end users. We have fabricated numbers of Superheaters - Radiant, Pendant, Final, Fluidized Bed types, Reheaters for all kinds of Boilers having Complicated very close and Compact Shapes with tube sizes ranging from 32mm OD to 76.2mm OD and thickness from 3mm of 12mm in all types of Boiler Quality Steel Grades ranging from Carbon to Alloys by cold bending process on CNC tube bending machinewith booster which control the thinning and ovality of the bends.

Boiler Economizer Coil (Sometimes Called Economizer) is the Energy improving device that helps to reduce the cost of operation. Economizer coil is boiler feed-water heaters in which the heat from waste flue gases is recovered to raise the temperature of feed water supplied to the boiler, thereby increasing the Fuel Economy, Steaming Capacity, Life of the Boiler and Reducing Pollution.If the exhaust gases which are leaving the Boiler at such high temperature is made to pass through the Economiser Coil in order to provide the required sensible heat to the water by increasing its temperature, it will reduce the heat load on the boiler to the greater extent. A common application of economizers coil in steam power plants is to capture the waste heat from boiler stack gases (flue gas) and transfer it to the boiler feed water. This raises the temperature of the boiler feed water, lowering the needed energy input, in turn reducing the firing rates needed for the rated boiler output. We have fabricated various types Economizers Coils such as Plain Tubular Economizers, Finned Economizers Feed water heaters Evaporator Coils etc.by cold bending process on CNC tube bending machinewith booster which control the thinning and ovality of the bends. To rectify the Erosion of the Eco-Coil tubes and mainly at bends, we also make Half Tubes Sleeves for upper tubes, SS full Sleeved tubes etc.

Boiler Bank Tubes are Bent to Shape Tubes or Steam Generating Tubes where Water is converted to Steam. Boiler Bank Tubes carry a mixture of water and steam. Fabricated from Tubes in various sizes and shapes, bending of these tubes is generally to larger Radius hence they need some Tube Bending Expertise to avoid wrinkles, surface cracking, irregularities, ensuring long life of tube resulting in smooth and efficient operation of the Boiler. Bank tubes connect the upper drum and lower drum in bi-drum boilers. These bank tubes not only act as raisers and down comers between the drums but also carry the weight of the bottom drum in the case of top drum supported boilers. Any failure of these tubes will result in damage to the nearby tubes or drum or both, depending on the location of the leak. Therefore any repair and plugging of tubes need to be carried out with extreme care.
