Welcome to Royal Realties! Established in 2017, we're a local partnership firm (between Bharmal Builders & Raj & Raj Developers). Both firms have been into construction business for over 16 - 17 years and have completed over 27 projects in areas like Itwari, Godhni, Shanti Nagar, Zingabai Takli, Raj Nagar, Kamthi Road etc.
Over the years we've built an experienced and hand-picked team ably supported by sub-contractors, architects, and engineers specializing in various aspects of building and construction. We are equipped to handle residential & commercial construction projects of any size and complexity.
We offer services from research and design, through to building and construction. As a company we are extremely hands on and involved; overseeing every aspect of project from within our own team to deliver the highest quality end results. Our first joint Venture Royal Homes (link to project page) is coming up in Wathoda. RERA registered,it is due for completion in Diwali 2018. Our next venture is an 8.5 acre township project in Yerkheda on Kamptee road.
