We have at present 60000 spindles capacity and expanding to 1 lakh spindles by one upcoming spinning unit within 3 months .our count range from 24's1 to 45's1 for weaving & knitting. We can give you carded & combed yarns .we are also installing tfo machines so that we will start to produce two ply yarn within 3 months period. Draw Texturised Yarn (DTY) is a fully drawn, fully oriented polyester multifilament yarn with soft crimp, high bulk and texture with cotton feel and very high durability and retention properties. This is manufactured by texturising partially oriented yarn using texturising machines. DTY is suitable for fabric end uses like outerinner garments, skin-clinging garments, furnishings, upholstery, etc. This is a replacement of cotton and cotton blend yarns with very low moisture content.
