The Universal Tool & Cutter Grinder is a robust machine capable of dealing with a wide range of tool & cutter Grinder operations. It is available as a steel cabinet mounted, machine and is designed for the rapid sharpening of H.S.S. milling cutters, spiral mills, metal slitting saws side and face cutters reamers, tap and with suitable attachments lathe tools, end mills formed cutters etc. A totally enclosed wheel head motor with a double ended spindle carriers one standard and one extended wheel adaptor which can be mounted on either end and will receive both the Cup and dish wheels supplied with the machine. The wheel head is mounted on an engraved base plate which can swivel through 360D and can be clamped in any position. The column can be looked in any position and movement can be accurately controlled by means of a friction mounted micrometer dial. The upper work table is provided with the slot which not only serves as means of fixing the tooth rest etc. but also enables accurate location of the loose centre heads. It is graduated either side of the Zero setting and can swivel through 180D Provision is also made for taper setting in INCHES per FOOT. Longitudinal movement of the table is obtained from a rack pinion operated by a conveniently placed Handle or, if required, can be operated by hand pressure only. The table is located on accurately machined vee and flat ways and is fitted with adjustable stops which can limit he movement of the table in and position. Cross traverse is accurately controlled by a hand wheel situated at the front of the machine which is fitted with a friction mounted micrometer dial.

Hand operated bench mounting standard single station punch press, a multi-purpose precision machine which perforates holes of various sizes, and shapes upto 4" dia in 16 gauge steel-rapidly and efficiently. The portable electric shear model 'AMI-3' is very useful and an indispensable tool in all workshops, assembly line, erection sites, coach building shops, tin smith and alike industries as it is handy, convenient and easily accessible to different types of shearing jobs in various materials upto 3 mm thickness (in M.S. with tensil strength 45kg sqr. mm.) for straight, round, ovel, curved andor irregular shapes at rapid speed reducing thereby the production and maintanance cost considerably. A moving cutter moves against a stationary one in the anvil. The cutting speed is high and there is no loss of material. While a shear can be used for splitting sheets where the resistance to bending is not great, they are not recommended for cutting across wide and thick plates. On heavier gauges of material they should be regarded as trimming shears, main portion remaining flat; while the cut portion is bent away beneath the anvil. The anvil is designed so that scribed lines are well in view and are easily followed allowing straight lines and curves to be easily cut. The minimum cutting radius is approximately 3.12lnch. Blades are of special die steel and are of simple design. They are of sufficient length to stand fro 10 to 15 grindings. The motor is for intermitent operation and is of fan cooled type, suitable for operation on AC. 220 volts, single phase, 50 cycles with built-in "ON" "OFF" Switch, 2 meter long cable and plug.

Hand operated Precision Notching machine cuts all shearable materials especially useful where box, chasis and panel blanks are to be made. Notches as large as 160 mm x 150 mm in 16 Swg. mild steel can be made at the corner or in any position along the edge of a sheet. Ease of operation makes possible production rates which offen rival those of power driven equipment. Powerfull action of notcher is obtained through use of a roller cam, minimum operator effort is needed. Notches larger and smaller than 90° can be made in two operations. Straight shearing job can be done, too. Two handles of different lengths are provided. Short handle for production speed on lighter materials; long handle for notching heavier materials.

The Sheet Metal Nibbling Machine is a rugged, sturdy and reliable multipurpose machine capable of sheet cutting & forming operations. Its verstility is best expressed by terming it the Sheet Metal Workers lathe. The working principle on which nibbling operates is the sheet is cut or formed between the fast reciprocating motion of an upper tool (powered by an electric motor and driven by an ecentric crank) and a stationery lower tool, by progressive punching, as the sheet is fed.
