Steam Desuperheater is used to spray water into steam so that water get mixed with steam resulting in reduction in the temperature of the outlet steam. Desuperheater can be classified into two. Non-Integral type Desuperheater -Desuperheater nozzle and water valve are separate units, Integral type Desuperheater -Desuperheater is in-built with actuator so that there is no need to separate spray water valve.

ECCENTRIC ROTARY PLUG CONTROL VALVES Series 55000 Eccentric Plug Rotary Control Valves are designed for onoff and throttling applications. The plug is offset to the shaft centerline. This allows the plug to break free of the seat ring immediately upon initial rotation of the shaft. Since there is no sliding contact between the plug and seat ring throughout travel, seat ring life and shutoff integrity are greatly enhanced. These valves are designed to overcome the problems of harsh, high velocity and high temperature processes, and they also provide accurate, reliable control in a broad range of applications, such as high and low pressure steam, cleandirty corrosive liquids & gases, erosive and abrasive slurries etc.

PRESSURE REDUCING DESUPERHEATERS STATIONS (PRDS) Steam PRDS is used for Steam Conditioning Services for the reduction of pressure and temperature of steam. It is a combination of Control Valve for the pressure reduction purpose and atomizing nozzles through which water is sprayed into steam for reducing the temperature.

ELASTOMER SEAL DOUBLE OFFSET TYPE Series 41000 Double EccentricOffset, Elastomer Seal Butterfly Valve is designed & developed for application where 100% shut off (Class VI) is required in closed position on liquid or gases and where control of flow through the pipeline is required.100% shut off is achieved by using elastomer seals; can be used on temperature ranging from -50°C to +200°C with the correct selection of materials.

CAGE GUIDED GLOBEANGLE CONTROL VALVES We have range of trim options like single, double, triple & multistage having concentric cages with holes. This can be used to handle high pressure drop flow in order to eliminate the erosion damage due to cavitation and noise vibrations inside the valve.
