We undertake turnkey projects for the production of various nichrome ribbons such as n 80 n 60 n 40 lt 125 d 135 and cuni 44 etc. We design and manufacture (as per the customer requirements) complete plant for the production of above ribbons. We also erect, commission the plant and transfer the technology and extend all the technical support required during production.

The shapes vary from simple flat wires to micro squares ( with flat or round edges ), half round and triangular shapes. With the state of the art machines we produce these in stringent tolerances with high surface finish.

We are offering horizontal casting plant. The use of horizontal casting for rod and tube casting of different alloys has reduced to great extent. However we supply the hccp for wider width strips in different copper alloys for specific requirements where strip casting through vccp is critical. We build continuous casting plants as per customer requirements.
