It is specially designed for Highly Inductive objects like 400KV220KV.Special care is taken for measuring 3 phase transformers by using band switch matrix, to avoid climbing on transformers for safe & measurements. This is only indigenous TWRM which gives very fast readings for 3Phase Star-Delta any combination Transformers. The built in open circuit 30 Volts Dc Supply ensures that core of the transformer is saturated for fast measurements to be taken. Instrument uses ratio-metric circuit where the resistance of specimen is compared with known internal standard and 4 ½ digit LEDLCD display is provided for resistance measurement in milliohms and in ohms. Care is taken to absorb the Back emf of such transformers. For user safety, Indication for discharges is provided on front panel , if the current through winding under measurement is disturbeddiscontinued. Instrument has built in 10A regulated and highly stable current source with current selection of 10Amp,1Amp, 0.1Amp & 0.01Amp.

The basic function and voltage range are all same as ST-210E. Here output will be available in only one channel as there is no need for connecting the master coil motor every time. You can store the waveform of all the types of coils digitally in memory. When testing a particular type, the stored waveform is called and the waveform of the tested coil is compared with it. The operator can do the comparison manually or the software can automatically compare the waveforms, and give you a passfail result. The built-in monitor provides the display of waveforms and the user interface menu. The control and operation is very easy as the software is fully menu driven. There is facility for storing standard test programs. The digital tester is very useful when testing motors at site. You can test all the motors. Store all the results in memory. Then take either printouts or download all data to your PC for analysis. The stored historic data can be used for comparison during periodic testing and the data can be used to monitor the condition of the motor.

Impedance Meter MK1(S) is specially designed to measure characteristic impedance of Cables at 1KHz. Digital readout for ZSC (short circuit impedance) and ZOC (open circuit impedance) useful to calculate ZCH (Characteristic impedance). ZCH = √( ZOC x ZSC).

The oil insulation test kit is intended to be used for testing of dielectric strength of insulating oil used in Transformer , Circuit breaker, CTs, PTs etc. The test kit is fully automatic and has the facility for AutoManual selections. The operator simply needs the sample in the test vessel & selects the required test. Testing can be done as per many international ( IEC & European standards ) which are programmed into the instrument memory . Stand time, stir times & rate of rise of applied voltage can be selected in Custom Mode also , one set of such selected mode can also be stored in the memory. In addition to the above set can also perform withstand test (proof) tests. In this test the set allows the set voltage to pre-set value & hold for one minute to see if breakdown occurs. The backlit LCD is used for user friendly operations during the test process. It also display fault condition messages such as open ground cover open . All the user selected programmes are chosen through(4x3) key pad. The test results can be printed along with with test type, date, time, breakdown test voltage, averages and deviations. Voltage value can be measured & printed with a resolution of 0.1 kV. In reprint option it is possible to have number of printouts for the last test. For each test the readings are recorded and stored in memory. All stored readings can be transferred via the RS-232 interface to PC(Optional).A safety interlock prevents access to the high voltage terminals during testing. The design ensures a high level of safety for the operator. The high voltage chamber is covered by a polycarbonate door.
