Toggle Switches
Switron precision built Toggle Switches type ST employ rocker type contact mechanism which is housed in an anti-tracking moulded case for dust free performance. Operating lever is sealed for protection against environmental conditions.
...moreRotary Switches
Switron Rotary Switches specially designed for industrial applications incorporate concept of wiping contacts. For high reliability these switches are recommended for On-LOAD switching of resistive as well as inductive loads. The versatile design based on packet principle enables infinite switching programmes. Electrical Data Current :10A, 16A, 25A Voltage : 440Volts for A.C. / D.C. (Three Phase), 250 Volts for A.C./D.C. (Single Phase)Frequency : 50 CyclesRange : Four position â 90 Deg. Indexing OFF-ON and Way Switches Ammeter and Voltmeter switches or any programmable switches.Specifications Rotary Switches generally comply with IS 13947 and Defence specification JSS â 51208. Mechanism : Rotary Switches are manufactured with two types of mechanisms.1.Quick make slow break for AC circuits2.Quick make Quick break for AC/DC circuits which is independent of action of operatorTemparatureTemperature: Up to 55° centigrade ambientIndicating PlatesEmbossed, anodized plates 75 x 75 mm, 95 x 95 mm or plastic deluxe platesGuaranteeSwitron switches are guaranteed against manufacturing defects and faulty workmanship for 12 months from the date of purchase
...morefuse fittings
Switron H.R.C. fuse fitting type ‘SA’ are rated for 20A, 500V AC suitable for front wiring at both ends. Feature: Base & carrier moulded from high grade phenolic material.Base & carrier moulding are non-inflammableContact clips made of phosphor bronze.Contact blocks are of Brass tin plated.Fault indicator visible from windows on carrier, removal of carrier avoided.Provision is made for sealing base & carrier to avoid unauthorized opening fuse carrier also available.
...moreAuxiliary Switches
Switron Auxiliary Switches are specially designed for use in the auxiliary circuits of Circuit Breakers. These switches having wiping contact design are built in packet principle and each packet (moulded from engineering thermoplastic material) houses one pair each of normally open (NO) and normally closed (NC) contacts. Any number of such NO/NC contacts can be provided upto maximum of fifteen. Auxiliary switches are coupled to main breaker shaft, hence these switches operate at the speed at which breaker operates. Electrical Data:Thermal Rating – 10 Amps.Operational Voltage 110V/220V D.C. or 440 V.A.C.D.C. Breaking Capacity – 2.5 Amps.D.C. Breaking Capacity can be increased by use of multiple series contacts.Auxiliary switches generally comply with IS 13947 Part III.
