Inner Water Container OUTER CASING : The Outer Body is made of Mild Steel sheet finished with anti-corrosive powder coating/ABS plastic outer body. Thermostat ISI marked Snap-action stem type Thermostat (safety device) with a temperature range between 30°C to 75°C, preset at 65°C is fitted. This device automatically controls the water heating beyond the safe/required limits. Thermal Cutout To ensure further safety in case of Thermostat failure or dry heating of Element, another special Safety device-THERMAL CUTOUT is fitted. This device automatically cuts off Electric Supply when the temperature exceeds 90°C. (The red indicator lamp starts glowing immediately). Pressure Relieving Wall Pressure relieving valve is fitted at the inlet pipe of the water heater to check & relive excess water pressure, if it exceeds 30N/cm2(50psi) i.e.3.5 kg/cm”.
