The optimum film thickness for Bright Zinc is 1.5 to 3.0 mils of dry film. To obtain this thickness via aerosol application, 3 passes of spray are required. Spray the substrate once vertically, once horizontally, and once more vertically for ideal coverage. Additional coats for heavy film can be applied when first coat is dry. For a thickness of 3 mils, repeat the above spray pattern twice. When finished spraying, clean valve by turning can upside down and pressing button until only pressure escapes. Precaution of ACC 2010 Acrylic Conformal Coating Contains gas under pressure do not punctured ,may explode if heated. Extremely flammable aerosol. Prevention : Wear eye or face protection. Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames and other ignition sources. No smoking. Pressurized ontainer: Do not pierce or burn, even after use. Do not spray on an open flame or other ignition source. Use only outdoors or in a well-ventilated area. Avoid breathing vapor. Wash hands thoroughly after handling. Causes serious eye irritation. May cause drowsiness and dizziness Response : IF INHALED: Remove victim to fresh air and keep at rest in a position comfortable for breathing. Call a POISON CENTER or physician if you feel unwell. IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. If eye irritation persists: Get medical attention.
