They are two- component, high solids coating with a fast drying ability thereby also allowing a faster recoat if so desired. They can be applied as a fresh or as a maintenance coating. They can be applied by air airless spray or brush and have very good resistance to abrasion, water, chemicals and solvents. Epoxies can also be used as primers to improve paint adhesion in the auto and marine industry and where protection against rust is important especially metal cans and containers. Polyurethanes - The range of polyurethanes provide an excellent recoatability and durable finishes for most environments. They can be applied as a fresh or as a maintenance coating on Glass, Metal, Wood, Plastics and urbanindustrial floors. They can be applied on a pre-primed surface by air airless spray, brush and have very good resistance to sunlight (UV), abrasion, water, chemicals and solvents.

Features of ZC 876 Shiny Cold Galvanizing Coating ZC 876 Shiny Cold Galvanizing Coating is provides all metal surfaces, such as hot-dip galvanised parts being repaired, with permanent, cathodic corrosive protection. It forms a quick-drying, adhesive, protective layer of micro fine zinc flakes. Provides maximum protection against the formation or spread of rust and corrosion. Excellent Outdoor & Indoor protection Outstanding corrosion High temperature resistance True galvanic protection   Application of ZC 876 Shiny Cold Galvanizing Coating It use in All vehicle bodies Agricultural, mining and construction equipment, Piping, storage tanks, Bridges, Ships and marine equipment, Refinery, Water treatment, Pulp & paper,Steel Automobile etc.   Direction of ZC 876 Shiny Cold Galvanizing Coating Surface should be dry and free of rust bloom. Shake well until agitator ball is free. Repeat while using. Best results are obtained when sprayed above 60º F. Spray from 12-15 inches away in light, even coats. The optimum film thickness for Bright Zinc is 1.5 to 3.0 mils of dry film. To obtain this thickness via aerosol application, 3 passes of spray are required. Spray the substrate once vertically, once horizontally, and once more vertically for ideal coverage. Additional coats for heavy film can be applied when first coat is dry. For a thickness of 3 mils, repeat the above spray pattern twice. When finished spraying, clean valve by turning can upside down and pressing button until only pressure escapes. If clogging occurs, remove button and clean slot and orifice with fine wire.   Precaution of ZC 876 Shiny Cold Galvanizing Coating Contents are Extremely Flammable and Under Pressure. Do not punctured, may explode if heated. Do not apply while equipment is energized, Keep away from all live electrical sources including battery terminals, solenoids, electrical panels and other electronic components. Prevention : Wear eye or face protection. Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames and other ignition sources. No smoking. Pressurized container : Do not pierce or burn even after use. Do not spray on an open flame or other ignition source,live circuits. Harmful in contact with eyes. Prolonged exposure may cause chronic effects. May cause drowsiness and dizziness Response : IF INHALED: Remove victim to fresh air and keep at rest in a position comfortable for breathing. Call a POISON CENTRE ;or physician if you feel unwell. IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. If eye irritation persists: Get medical attention. Dispose of contents and/or container according to Federal, State/Provincial and local governmental regulations.   Storage of ZC 876 Shiny Cold Galvanizing Coating Store locked up. Protect from sunlight. Do not expose to temperatures exceeding 50°C/122 °F. Store in a well-ventilated place. Keep container tightly closed. Keep Out of Reach of Children.

CHO-SHIELD primer is an air-drying liquid coating for enhancing the adhesion of CHOSHIELD 2000 series electrically conductive coatings and CHOBOND 2165 to chemically treated aluminum, and most composite surfaces.
