Ammonia cracking takes place in presence of Nickel catalyst at 8500 C temperature and cracks Ammonia to N2 + H2 mixture containing 75% Hydrogen and remaining 25% Nitrogen. The Cracked Ammonia gas contains around 80 PPM un-cracked Ammonia impurities and its dew point is only (-) 300 C.   MOLECULER SIEVE PURIFIER   For reducing residual ammonia content and to get very dry gas, a Molecular sieve purifier is provided after Ammonia cracking units. The leak proof front opening door ensures easy cleaning of the entire chamber.The top loading and bottom unloading facility provides for easy charging and discharging of the material. The cyclonic trap prevents the fine dust of the dry material from flying into the vapour condenser. The condenser and the condensate collection tank prevent the vapours from entering the vacuum pump. Appropriate vacuum pump and accessories are provided with the unit with valves to adjust the right vacuum in the unit. The entire unit is mounted on a steel frame. They are used with particular success in agglomeration free rapid drying, heterogeneous reactions with systems of different substances, sterilization and in general for vacuum application. Gas Cylinder Manifold is a high pressure structure specially fabricated for interconnecting two or more numbers of cylinders to a common gas supply line when consumption of gas is high. Manifold interconnects two or more number of cylinders for the purpose of availability of more gas at source. The Gas Manifold pressure can be reduced to operatable pressure by a pressure regulator. The pressure regulators can be conned to two manifolds resulting in changeover of manifolds. The changeover can happen manually or automatically changing the gas supply from one bank of cylinders to the other bank without interrupting the continuity of the supply.
