sputter targets
We manufacture precious metal sputter targets, for the watch, jewelry and electronic data storage industries. We have a technical collaboration with Engelhard-CLAL, another world leader in precious metal technology, for bimetallic or clad targets. Our dedicated team of engineers, which has received training from Engelhard-CLAL, ensures high quality coating which results in cost saving. The targets are in a wide range of sizes and shapes to suit individual manufacturers' machine designs. These can be solid or cladded. We also offer full cycle refining through our own highly efficient refining facilities. This spells maximum recovery of precious metal from spent targets. This, in effect, means greater returns to you.

Rhodium Alloy Stirrers
Backed by technology from Engelhard-CLAL, we manufacture both clad as well as unclad stirrers used in the glass industry. At our plant, we have a complete setup for manufacture of both evacuated and non-evacuated stirrers. Be it paddle stirrers, stirrer bars, homogenizing stirrers, gobbing stirrers, we make them all. We also make complete feeder systems or components thereof such as orifice rings, drain tubes, heating elements, bubblers, probes, thimbles and thermocouple wires, etc. For making evacuated and clad stirrers, we have state-of-the-art Leak Detection equipment, which helps take us a step closer to zero-defect products.

Rhodium Alloy Bushings
We are the first and currently the only manufacturers using laser technology in India to supply bushings to the glass fiber industry. Laser welded bushings allow for complete flexibility affording the customer all opportunities for their trials of new designs. We collaborated with Engelhard-CLAL based in Carteret, NJ in the US for upgrading our existing technology. This has enabled us to produce quality bushings at par with some of the best in the world. With the aid of latest technologies and an extra-ordinary blend of human skill and automated CNC machines we provide true international quality bushings at reasonable prices. With our in-house refinery we ensure materials of the highest purity including thermocouple wires. Once again, to provide you with all options, in addition to manufacturing bushings and thermocouple wires, we also provide services of procuring make up metals that may be required. We are in the process of developing reliable technology for recovering precious metals that migrate to the refractory during usage.

precious metal spinnerets
The man-made fiber industry depends on us for staying ahead of the latest trends. We manufacture precious metal spinnerettes ranging from 1 hole up to 2200 holes in a cup diameter of about half an inch. Each spinnerette, manufactured as per customers' requirements, is within tolerances as tight as half a micron in diameter. Although we manufacture spinnerettes in our standard Platinum/Gold/Rhodium alloys, we can supply other specialty alloys as required by our customers. We supply special alloy steel cluster holders where required. This provides the customer tremendous saving by way of reduced investment in precious metals. Another advantage of this technology is easy replacement of individual eyes/thimbles instead of the entire spinnerette, once again leading to tremendous savings for our customer. As an added protection for the spinnerette we provide tantalum filters. These filters have a hole diameter just smaller than that of the spinnerette it is protecting. All foreign material is thereby filtered which increases the life of the spinnerette. Stainless steel cup-form spinnerettes complete our repertoire of products for the synthetic fiber industry. These can have up to 6000 holes with 50 microns hole diameter to produce acrylic staple fiber using the wet spinning process.
