vibration generator and an ultrasonic transducer. The ultrasonic generator is connected to 230v power supply & it excites the transducer with ultrasonic frequency [up to 34 KW]. The ultrasonic transducer is fitted in a resonating frame that is welded to the mesh frame. The ultrasonic transducer is connected to the ultrasonic generator through a cable. The ultrasonic transducer transmits the vibrations to the mesh through the resonating frame. Each wire of the mesh is vibrated at high frequency which helps in removal of embedded particles in the mesh & also prevents further choking of mesh. It also helps in breaking of agglomerates.

The graded Tea is automatically discharged from the Gyroscreen. No loss of bloom on shifting due to minimum handling. The Gyroscreen can be installed as per desired layout. Re-screening is not necessary. This helps in minimum handling of Tea. The proper tension of screen increases screen life. The cleaning of machine is easy compared to conventional screens. Minimum maintenance required for the machine thus reducing down time.

The Tubular Centrifuge comprises of bowl, specially designed slow acceleration motor & starter. The bowl rotates at 15000 r.m.p. generating a centrifugal force of 16000 times the gravitational force. The liquid mixture to be separated enters the nozzle of the centrifuge placed at the bottom of the base. The centrifugal force acts on the liquid entering and separates the two liquids according to their specific gravities. The lighter liquid forms the inside layer and heavier liquid forms the outer layer. Since the mixture is entering continuously in the bowl, two phases are discharged continuously from two separate outlets provided on the top portion of the machine. During clarification job, one discharge of clarified liquid is possible. Solids accumulated inside the bowl can be removed manually after stopping the machine.

The machine consists of multiple heavy duty knives to cut non-conventional material like maize bobs, sunflower twigs, leaves, branches of trees etc. rotary knives passes through fixed knives in chamber and shreds material to desired size at higher speeds. The screen fixed inside the chamber decides the final size of the product. Motor HP ranges from 30-50. Machine is available in two different models. One is fixed and other is portable driven and towed by tractor of 40 HP capacities, through its PTO drive.

This is a unique combination of the Gyroscreen and blower to achieve optimally clean products. The food grains contain contaminants like stones, pebbles and other particles like seed cover, twigs etc. The grains are fed to the gyroscreen continuously through the inlet at the top. The oversize material is removed by the 1st screen and it is passed on to the 2nd screen, here the grains are retained on the screen and the heavier unwanted undersize particles pass through it. The light material that is mixed with the grains and is not easily separated by the vibrations of the Gyroscreen is sucked out by the blower and collected in the cyclone. This system is very useful for super markets which will help in minimizing manual cleaning of the grains.

Gryoscreen is the most efficient vibrating screen for wet and dry screening.Gyroscreens are equipped to handle up to five different screens one on the top other with feed trays in between to give six precise sized fraction in single screening operation. Gyromixer is used to mix/blend various products. It is an ideal replacement for conical/ribbon mixer/blender. It is very compact in size & very high in mixing efficiency, used for non pasty products. Material is fed to the gyro mixer from the opening at the top of the mixer. Liquid additives, if any, can also be added to the material. There are no moving parts in the gyro mixer. The mixing blades are stationery & the material is churned vigorously in the gyro mixer bowl by vibrations transmitted to the material by a specially designed motor. The material passes through strategically located blades which help in thorough mixing of the material. After finishing the mixing cycle, the mixed material is discharged through a butterfly valve located at the outlet of the gyro mixer. There is no scraping of blades like in ribbon blender or tumbling like conical blender. Space occupied, power consumption is very less. Since there are no external moving parts there is comparative safety to the operator. Gyromixer comes in various models with capacities ranging from 100kg to 4tons depending upon the material characteristics.

  It consists of two chambers. The chopping chamber has a set of fixed and rotating knives. Grinder chamber consists of central plates with holding hammers to grind grains and cakes etc. the screens below give the required size of the final products. Both the rotors are mounted on the same shaft with single drive. Two different hoppers are provided on opposite sides for individual chambers. Motors HP ranges 5-10 and 15-30 HP capacity approx. from 300kgs to 3Ton/hr.

The chipper chamber consists of rotary plate with sets of knives to cut the material against fixed knives at inlet hopper. Material is further ground to the required size in adjacent chamber consisting of hammers mounted on central plates. Size of the final product is obtained by screen size provided in the chamber.Motor HP ranges from 10-30; Capacity depends on material consistencies. Application: To chip and cut branches, twigs, plants and shrubs. It can be used for making pulp, input feed material for boilers etc.
