Matrix BLU is the outcome of SEI Laser’s technical expertise and extensive experience in processing LGP panels for Backlight applications exploiting laser technology. Matrix BLU exploits proprietary laser technology to carry out micro-points on panels both standard and high illuminated panels up to 2000×3000 mm regardless of thickness for the given light guide (LGP). When standard panels are processed the output (producing top quality at the highest processing speed) is 10 times higher than the output obtained by exploiting traditional laser technology, thanks to continuous cycle working. The core of Matrix BLU is the ICARO BLU software for LGP laser path machining; with ICARO BLU is easy to obtains a no compromise uniformity of brightness within a few steps.

...moreEconomical Laser Marking Machine
The portable fiber laser marking machine, CK-FB series is an advanced third-generation laser marking system. It adopts the most advanced fiber laser and high-speed scanning galvanometer system in the world. Fiber laser marker uses air cooling. It has an overall small size, excellent beam quality, high reliability, long service life and maintenance free. So, it is able to be used in some fields with high requirements for mark depth, smoothness and fineness. With the unique all-built-in design and high integration of optic, electronic and mechanical components and devices, the whole machine is only weighed as 16KG, which may be the smallest fiber laser marking machine in the world. It adopts the imported fiber laser. With the all air-cooled design, it doesn’t require external cooling device.
...moredragon
The Dragon structure is composed of a coated electro welded metal sheet mono-block. Performances: up to 2000mms speed with 2 G acceleration. X-Y motorized axes with micro-brushless motors and belt transmission. Manually adjustable cutting head with interchangeable focal unit and nozzle. Aluminum grid work table with supports and prearrangement for suction. Rear and front opening for processing long slab material. “Icaro” software (cam) stamps and bas reliefs are also possible via a raster mode with 0-255 gray scales
...moreALV Faser systems
The new ALV can be equipped with a fiber laser source. This provides laser power of 150 or 300 watts. In just a few steps, this closed laser system can be converted to an open laser system for processing larger or longer components. The ALV has three linear motion axes. The vertical Z-axis lifts workpieces up to 50 kg. In addition, there is an optional rotation axis for turning the workpiece. The ALV is comfortably operated through an intuitive touchscreen with a clearly laid-out display.
...moreAlpha Laser Mobile
It is ready to operate in minutes. The arm is brought quickly to the spot to be welded and it is fixed into working position using hydraulic brakes. The laser is air-cooled, requires thus no extra cooling unit. Our optional turn-and-tilt objective allows for unconstrained working, even in difficult work piece spots. With this objective, it is possible to steer the laser beam continuously from the vertical up to an angle of 40°, within the entire 360° swivel range, reaching spots that would otherwise be difficult to get to. All the while you remain in a comfortable and ergonomic working position.
...moreALmicro
The ALmicro is a simple and inexpensive solution to perform contact weldings to very small compo-nents, such as thermocouple wires, with high process reliability.. The observation objective is equipped with a 55x magnification. The diameter of the laser beam can be reduced very fine to 0.05 mm, thus ensuring that the materials to be welded are liquefied and connected only in a very small and defined area. Result: The thermal stress is minimized and the parts to be processed are not warped. The high laser pulse frequency of up to 50 Hz provides a quasi-CW-weld. The work bench AL-Tmicro with its motor-driven column is the ideal positioning system for the ALmicro. On its base plate (60 x 60 cm), there are two Y linear rails with trolley for mounting and precise guiding of various applications. To hold the work piece during the welding process, ALPHA LASER also offers a programmable rotat-ing axis and a micromanipulator.
...moreAlflak Stationery
The ingenious mechanical movement allows for comfort whilst working on large parts. Even in deep, difficult molds, the slim line laser arm dips in to the spot to be reached. If it comes to long seams, the ALFlak shows its clear advantages: with its long axis range it can complete seams of up to 500 mm long without interruption, manually or with the aid of pre-programming. Additional comfort is offered by the patented semi-automatic User-Coordinated-Control, with which three-dimensional operational sequences are easily realized. Regardless of how the seams are to be situated – the mechanical movement system is quickly and comfortably set, allowing you to concentrate on the welding task at hand. The high average power of up to 300 watts allows for filler material to amalgamate homogenously with the base material. Welding wires in the range of 0.8 – 1.2 mm are worked very quickly.
...moreALFlak Max ergonomic laser system
To conceive the ALFlak Max, we have combined the advantages of the ALM with the ALFlak. The result: an ergonomic laser system which can be driven easily and fast to the work pieces and this with millimeter accuracy. Thanks to its highly movable but stable arm and its slim turn and tilt objective, the ALFlak Max can reach almost every welding spot. The system is available in two different versions: the first version is equipped with caterpillars to allow an ease of movement while the second version is adapted for a forklift or pallet truck transport.
